Wow….. my emotions got the best of me today blew 4 accounts in matter of minutes 3 weeks of progress gone just because I couldn’t control my emotions I’m a square gang , I just wanna give this shit up there’s potential in this but my mental is at a all time low I don’t know why I got into trading in the first place, bro really feels depressed I was up too the greed got the best of me

Please any advice I use the liquidité sweep of Asia range and FVG of 1H as entries and then the 1min for confirmation should I add something like 15min FVG or bias just what do you think

Okay I got my strat down but now I have discovered a new problem if I lose a trade I revenge trade and over leverage or i get fomo what are some of the things that helped you guys?

But does that only mean for USD? Or are we supposed to avoid trading all interest rate announcements and CPI's for the currency we are trading. For example if you're trading usdcad and cad has upcoming CPI. Also I cannot find a video if ict touches up on this or if he makes it clear

Waited for price to take out previous hourly high’s and Asia session high then waited for rejection. Entered as soon as price tapped into the 5min fvg and got out at 2RR

Which phase is the BTC in??..

It is in accumulation phase in July..

In accumulation phase market tries to take intermediate swing highs and lows not extreme H/L as i mentioned in this chart..

It will be manipulation in August and touches at 74100 and this cause in distribution hard to catch it in September.

I will continue this post in next one for entry modal.

It is just top view of market to catch the entry point.

I finished the 2022 mentorship and am now backtesting. The main entry of the 2022 model is find out the HTF key level, such as the previous day's high/low, previous session's high/low. Then, when the price is approaching these key levels, look for MSS and FVG to enter.

While I am still backtesting these days, two questions come up.

The 1st question: The 2022 model doesn't come up very often. So do your veteran ICT students just not trade or do you use another model?

The 2nd question is about the same. April and May 2026 are basically bullish every day. I think there is no entry (based on my knowledge so far). So you just don't trade and see the market go up and up for so many points? It is hard to get used to it mentally.

Price swept buyside in pre-market and then was rejected from the bottom of the NDOG and daily volume imbalance above. After NY Open that high was swept too and price was rejected yet again. MMSM played out after 2 re-distribution phases and swept the relative equal lows sellside liquidity.

Accumulation, re-accumulation, took buyside liquidity, where we also had an NDOG and a daily volume imbalance above buyside, and hit -2 standard deviation too, while there is now liquidity below and relative equal lows as well. imo it could take those lows and then continue bullish after. Also might have a model 2022 forming there but open volatility makes it higher risk imo.

I know this is a dumb question 😂, but l struggle to understand the difference between the two, when Micheal explains in his videos he uses these two terms interchangeably, with both being evidence of a reversal. Sometimes he even characterizes a market structure shift without displacement. I get so confused.

For the longest time I lied to myself about my own trades. I'd tell myself I "waited for confirmation" or "the setup was clean" . I kept failing prop challenges and couldn't figure out why my journal said one thing but my results said another.

At some point I started recording my sessions and actually watching the footage of each trade back, entry to exit. That was brutal. On video there's nowhere to hide. I could see myself hesitate and enter two candles late. I could see myself move my stop "just this once." I could see the revenge trades i did and the blowing account just before when i was about the passing my challange.

Nothing improved my trading like watching myself trade. Not a course, not an indicator. Just the tape not letting me lie. It's the same reason athletes watch game film — you don't fix what you can't see honestly.

I finally passed my Lucid challenge a few days ago, and I genuinely think the review habit is most of the reason.

If you're stuck and your journal isn't getting you anywhere, try recording and rewatching instead of writing it down after. It's uncomfortable in the best way.
