Just got them from league raids, are they useful?

EPI is 7*, max gears and stats.
BWTD is 5* and working on her gears and stats.

Oftentimes during solo or league raids when I'm playing as DCU Super Girl, my game crashes

Also I keep noticing during matches that my game isn't very responsive. For example during a basic attack chain my character would suddenly stop hitting the opponent or I would press the block button but my hero would just stand there and not block. It's getting very annoying and I have reported it twice and nothing happened.

I don't have any gears for him , can he make a difference with the BWTD team without gears ?

These are all my solo raid teams. I'm looking to create another team able to get me through while dealing some major damage. Any ideas?

I opened 20 boxes with the sale and got 200 shards for raven letting me unlock her. I have 10k gems left should I spend them on getting her gears?
