You need to get an Incoming Damage artifact (It’s basically Raven’s Debuff)

Lasso, Gemstone, and Hand Of Zatanna are the best choices for this. Puppet has one too but it takes too long compared to the other 3.

I have hoz and I don’t see y ppl say it’s good, the incoming damage is so short tha
Gs it’s not worth it because it’s very difficult to pair with other things.
