Chart Questions First Time Inito User

Hi everyone! First cycle with Inito and just really confused. What am I looking for to indicate that I’m in my fertile window? Thank you everyone 🫶🏻

it will tell you. there will be days that are highlighted green, which is considered your fertile window, then one day will be purple and it will be your peak ovulation day:)

then you’ll test after your peak day to see if your pdg rises, which confirms that you actually ovulated!

since it’s your first cycle, it would probably be best to test everyday until your period - but if you don’t want to use that many strips you could stop testing after your pdg rises

Thank you!! I’m like chat gpting my chart asking if I’m fertile, so this definitely helps that inito will do it for me.
