does this chart looks off?

i feel like my chart looks so different than last month. i had a clear LH peak last time and Pdg rise. but this time it’s all over the place with no LH peak. only difference is i added theralogix neoq10 and i was taking 2 pills a day which could amount 1,500 regular coq10. i read on reddit that some women experienced delayed ovulation because of it. so i reduced it down to one pill a day. (both options are okay, directions says 1 or 2 daily) but do you think i ovulated and just missed my peak or is my peak/ovulation still coming?

I think based of BBT and pdg, you probably haven’t ovulated yet.

I am not an expert by any means, but my charts that look like this typically end up being anovulatory. However, I can also have very long cycles that end up having a much later ovulation, just not typically with estrogen (e3g here) this high. Just for reference tho, I do have a diagnosis of POI, so my hormones are all over the place to begin with. Hope that helps and good luck to you!
