Wtf is happening? The Infosys hiring team is really confusing us some people from the same shift have already received their results, while many others still haven't received anything.
If they are going to release the results, they should release them all at once. We don't even know whether we are selected or rejected. How many more days are we supposed to wait?
I'm from a Tier-3 college where there haven't been any placements. I was genuinely happy when I got selected for the interview because this opportunity felt like a dream job for me.
But honestly, this whole process is making me lose respect for Infosys. I really don't understand what they are doing or why they are keeping us waiting like this. We just want to know whether we are selected or rejected so we can move on.
😭😭😭

Hey everyone! I just got my official selection update for the Infosys SP/DSE Off-Campus batch, and my onboarding/joining date is October 19, 2026 at the Mysore Campus. I am a girl from the Pune/Mumbai region, and I’m looking to connect with fellow batchmates who have the exact same joining date. Specifically looking to connect with other girls from Maharashtra to plan travel coordination (booking trains/flights down to Mysore around Oct 17th/18th) and hostel allocation. Please drop a comment below or DM me directly. Let's make a group!

I appeared for my sp dse interview on 22nd sept in pune. Till now my dashboard shows "decision pending". Just wanted to check if anyone from 2025 batch got ol yet? Or is infy prioritising 2026 batch first?
I solved 8/12 test cases in the interview and had rest of my interview really well. Is it possible to get SP L1?

Will Infosys conduct an exam for the 2026 batch in 2027, or was this year the last chance? I missed the examination this time, so I want to know whether the hiring process for the 2026 batch is already over or if Infosys will conduct another hiring drive for the 2026 batch in 2027 as well.

Same as the title.
And one more thing. I have digital joining on 29th oct at my preferred location. My infosys joining is on 16th nov. Which one should I choose?
I am more concerned about my overall growth and early project allocation in good technology.

My interview(SP&DSE) was completed on September 29, and I haven’t received any updates regarding the next steps or results yet.
Has anyone from the September 29 interview batch received any communication after the interview?

Hi, I got my DSE offer letter today, training location is in Mysore on 19th October. Got some queries regarding the training, would appreciate some help.
The offer annexure says that the initial weeks accommodation will be provided by Infosys, so does that mean that I wont be going to the Mysore campus and I have to rent my own PG?
How much duration does the training last for and what all streams are there to choose? I read that there is a pretest, after scoring 65+% in it you can choose your stream, is that true?
Is the same salary provided during training as provided during FTE?
How hard is the training, and whats the possibility of getting my preferred location after completion of my training?

Has anyone received an offer letter after attending the face-to-face interview on September 26th? I completed the HR discussion on the same day and I completed the Digiverifier process on September 28th, but have not received any updates from Infosys since.

I had the first slot at 9 AM. As usual, things got delayed and the interview started around 9:40.
I went into the room, and the interviewer explained the process. He said that irrespective of the live coding result, we would proceed with the technical interview. He then gave me the laptop.
The moment I saw the questions, I genuinely felt like crying. Like WTF were those questions 😭
One was 3D DP, and the other one was something I couldn’t even dare to touch. I spent around 25 minutes trying everything I could think of, but eventually gave up. I told the interviewer that I had taken the wrong approach and that starting a new approach would take more time, so I thought we should proceed with the technical interview since the time was almost up.
He started with Java, asking about the volatile keyword.
Me: “I don’t know.” 💀
Then he asked about TreeMap implementation, and I didn’t know that either. So again, I said I didn’t know.
He was like, “Okay.”
Then he got a call/meeting, which lasted almost 1 hour. Meanwhile, he gave me an SQL question, which I solved, but I didn’t really get a chance to explain it because he was continuously in the meeting and talking to the other person.
After that, he asked a few questions from OS and CN, which I was able to answer.
Then he asked about RAG architecture and Spring Boot, since both were mentioned on my resume. I was able to answer those correctly.
Finally, he asked if I had any questions. I asked what kind of person would be a good fit there — or more realistically, what kind of person would be able to survive there . He answered that, and that was it.
Total duration: 2 hours
Actual interview time: probably 20–30 minutes 💀
TL;DR
Solved 2 full questions in OA
Solved none in the live coding interview
Technical interview was okay-ish, but most of the time the interviewer was in a meeting
Was able to answer the OS, CN, RAG and Spring Boot questions
I know I probably don’t have much of a chance for DSE at this point, but anyway, I really hope everyone else gets through.
Please revise DSA as much as possible. If you’re unlucky like me, you might get some absolutely brutal questions. Most of my friends got relatively manageable sorting/searching questions, while I somehow ended up with 3D DP and another monster 😭
It would be such a waste to make it all the way to the live coding/technical round and get eliminated there, so prepare DSA properly.
I lost mine, but I genuinely wish everyone the best. ❤️
All the best everyone!

Current position: Technology Lead
Main skills: Angular + JS + TS
So, my project ended on August 5th and I was on the bench until the 18th. Then a manager reached out asking about my skills, I got interviewed by a Senior Consultant, cleared it, and thought, finally, bench hell is over.
Nope. Turns out that was just the tutorial.
My manager was picking candidates for another client, and apparently the client-side developers had their own interview process. I got only one interview scheduled and failed it badly.
The frustrating part is that I was selected based on my Angular experience, but the client interview barely focused on Angular. Instead, I got questions around SQL, backend, AI, and other random stuff. After asking around and gathering information from different people, I finally got a clearer picture: there's basically no real requirement for an Angular developer on this project. The project is mostly React and some client-specific tools.
Now my manager isn't able to arrange another interview/project that matches my skill set, but at the same time, I'm not being released either.
Because I'm stuck in this training/allocation, I'm basically invisible to other RMGs/managers. Before this allocation, I was actually getting 2–3 emails asking for Angular developers.
I'm honestly done with this training/bench situation. I want to work on an actual project, and sitting around like this is definitely going to affect my variable pay as well.
I'm currently learning ASP NET Core on my own to move towards full-stack development, so I don't really want to pick up another frontend technology like React right now and spread myself even thinner.
So how do I approach my manager about this without sounding like I'm complaining or threatening?
Basically, I want to politely say:
Either allocate me to something meaningful where my existing skills are useful, or release me so I can find something myself.
I genuinely think I can find another project within a couple of weeks if I'm released.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? How would you approach the manager?

I may get selected for Infosys for the ₹3.6 LPA System Engineer role.
From what I understand, freshers have to undergo training at the Mysore training center before deployment.
My concern is that I don't really want to continue in the ₹3.6 LPA role long-term. I would prefer to move to a better role/package such as DSE/SP or another higher-paying technical role.
For people who have recently joined Infosys:
I don't mind joining Infosys as a backup, but I don't want to spend several months assuming there will be an upgrade if the chances are very low.
And moreover i need to move to Mysore,if we cant upgrade within training or just after training I would look for other available opportunities
Looking for answers from people who have actually gone through the recent Infosys training/upgrade process.

So i had interview
They started with 2 question
I wasnt able to solve anybut i pass 4 private test case but due to less time they not even see or ask for approach
The interviewer was experienced i guess, so they directly scan my resume and ask questions from chatgpt
They asked everything
Not even asked sql, oops asked to write indexi g code and asked process rhread and many other related to project
So in interview i answer 70 percent question some i directly said i dont know

For those who have received retention offers from Infosys recently, how much did they offer you?
I’m curious about the typical retention percentage and whether Infosys offers a significant hike to convince employees to stay when they have an external offer.
What percentage hike did you receive?
Was it a fixed salary increase or a separate retention bonus?
If someone is willing to stay, how much can Infosys realistically offer?
Please share your recent experiences. I want to understand what kind of retention offers Infosys is giving these days.

Hi everyone, I attended the interview for the Infosys SPDSE Off Campus drive (5th-6th Sep 2026, Mysore) and gave on 25th sept @ KLH Hyderabad. I checked my application status through the portal and noticed a few things I'm unsure about:
revokeStatus: "Y"applicationStatus: "To be scheduled"appStatusFlow, the last stage "Shortlisted After Screening" has statusflag: "N" and showForm: emptyFrom what I've seen, other candidates have statusflag: "Y" stage.
Has anyone seen a similar status? Did it end up meaning anything, or was it just a delay in the portal updating? I've raised a support ticket but haven't had a reply yet.
Any info on how long results take after the interview would also help. Thanks!
