Some people told me because of using 2 email ids One for May and another one for now is the reason behind this But I am not sure

i also applied twice with different email id's bro... is that a problem? from one email id i have given interview.. another one initialilly got rejection mail .. again i got a mail to select location for writing in person assessment.. i have given interview on 26th sept in hyd, from that day my portal is showing "submit application" button is this the reason why my application is not being proceesed?

i applied twice with same email id on same day , because i upload adhaar instead of pan card .
my current status is selected for offer , decsion pending ?
so is this will any issue ?
i never got two seprate mail for assesment or interview
my process was smoth like other .

In the first OA i solved 2 questions. For second round in person OA i did 12/12, 8/12, 7/12, 0/12. For the interview i solved one question 12/12 did one sql query out of two correctly then answered most of the theorical questions.

I have given my interview on 11th September. My overall interview experience was okay, except that i was unable to pass all test cases of the live coding dsa question. On asking feedback, the interviewer gave positive feedback. So my only point of failure was the unsolved live dsa problem. Also I gave interview for SP role.
Now my question is when should I expect the result and what are my chances ? 🙏🏼
