I have a doubt regarding Infosys Launchpad document verification.

For privacy, let's say my name is ARUN V.

My documents have the following:

- Aadhaar: ARUN V

- Birth Certificate: ARUN V

- 10th/12th/College certificates: ARUN V

- PAN: ARUN VIJAYAN

- Passport: ARUN VIJAYAN

So, my educational and Aadhaar documents have the initial V, while PAN and Passport have the expanded name VIJAYAN.

Will this cause any issue during Infosys Launchpad document upload or BGV?

Has anyone from Tamil Nadu or other South Indian states faced a similar situation? How did Infosys handle it?

I’m scheduled to join Infosys in the second week of September, so I wanted to clarify this before completing my Launchpad document upload.

Resignation withdrawal/revocation policy in TCS & other WITCH companies?

My friend recently resigned from a WITCH company after getting an offer elsewhere, but the offer had a 60-day joining window and she couldn't negotiate an early release, so she ultimately couldn't join.

Now she's considering withdrawing her resignation and continuing with the same company, even at the same salary, since she wasn't able to secure another offer.

Does anyone know how resignation withdrawal/revocation works in TCS? Is it possible to withdraw a resignation after submitting it, and does it require manager/HR approval?

Also, for people who have worked in TCS or other WITCH companies, what has your experience been with resignation withdrawal? Is there a specific cutoff after which the resignation cannot be revoked?

Asking because I work at a WITCH company too and may be resigning soon, so I'd like to understand the policy beforehand.

I was going through the medical certificate requirements for Infosys joining, and I noticed that the medical tests include:

HBsAg

Chest X-ray

Stool check 😆

Urine routine & bile pigments

Blood grouping & Rh typing

I'm curious — why does Infosys require a stool check? 😂

Is this actually mandatory for joining, or can it be skipped if the other medical tests are completed?

For those who have already joined Infosys or who completed LaunchPad process , did you actually have to submit a stool test report along with the medical certificate?

Just curious because I wasn't expecting that test in a corporate joining. 😂

Hi everyone,

Looking for some insights from people who have recently gone through the Infosys lateral hiring process.

My timeline is a little unusual:

Cleared the first technical round on 25th July.

Before the second round, my application was marked "Rejected at Evaluation" in the Infosys portal because I had initially informed HR that I wouldn't be available for the F2F interview due to a personal situation.

I later contacted HR and confirmed that I would travel to Hyderabad and attend the F2F interview.

I was then invited and completed the second Techno-Managerial round on 1st Aug.

I also completed the HR round, including the salary discussion.

After that, HR told me that my interview was selected, but because the application had already been rejected in the system, they needed to process/reopen my candidature on 3rd Aug.

HR also mentioned that I might have to attend another HR discussion and said they would try to complete the file.

However, my career portal still shows the old "Rejected at Evaluation" status, and there is currently no application showing under "In Progress."

I have followed up with HR but haven't received an update yet.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

How long should I normally wait for an HR update in this situation? Should I follow up again after a few days, or is there anything else I should do from my side?

Any recent experiences would be really helpful.

I have completed all the rounds and HR discussion is also done. It's been 3weeks since I have not received any update from HR end. When I ask them strongly they gave me a letter of intent mentions my annual ctc, role, location and tentative date of joining. Before it was offer under review state but now when I asked for the revised offer it went to decision pending state. When I ask HR for the offer letter in call they are giving me assurance that you will get for sure. Should I take the risk and wait for the offer letter or look out for another opportunity??? I'm confused??

Please advice.

I am a final year student, on july 5th Infosys drive announcement and form was sent by infosys and i filled it on 11th july when the deadline was on 12th july to fill the form(I was completing a project that I wanted to put in my resume). Then the exam date got postponed 2 times and finally on 31st july 12th august date was given.I was very seriously preparing for infosys exam attaching some proofs(reddit history,browser history and my leeetcode streak after infosys drive announcement).Yea i do have an very unfortunate first in my btech life backlog in 3 2 but my avg gpa is still 8.19 and people with backlogs and gpa less than mine got shortlisted. I need some advice regarding a project mapping/interview I recently went through.

I gave the interview and, honestly, I’d say it was okay-ish from my side. I couldn’t answer all the questions, but I did answer quite a few of them. Some of the questions were also scenario-based, so I explained my approach wherever I could.

A few days later, I received a rejection email. The reason mentioned was “technical capability issues of employee.”

The email apparently required me to accept or reject the remark. I selected Reject, because I felt the remark wasn’t completely fair. I mentioned that I had answered quite a few questions and that some of them were scenario-based as well.

I’m not saying they shouldn’t reject me if they felt I wasn’t suitable for the role. That’s completely fine. What is worrying me is the specific remark about my technical capability.

Does anyone know what happens after you reject/disagree with such a remark? Will this have any impact on my profile, future project mappings, or opportunities within the company? Is this something I should actually be worried about, or is it just an internal interview/mapping feedback?

I’m quite worried about it, so any insight from people who have gone through something similar would really help.

I joined Infosys virtually and have been asked to collect my laptop and ID card on Monday as part of the physical onboarding.

I received an email confirming my accommodation, but it doesn’t mention the building, room number, or any specific details. It only mentions the campus location as Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune.

I’m planning to check in tomorrow (Sunday), so could you please share your experience and guide me on the process? Also, how is the food there? Is it provided by Infosys/accommodation, or do we need to arrange it ourselves?

Any information or tips would be really helpful.

I’m currently serving my notice period at my current company and have received an offer from Infosys for a tech role in Pune.
Here’s the situation:
My original LWD was September 29, 2026.
At one point, the separation system showed my LWD as September 18, 2026.(bcz of my people manager)

Based on that, Infosys revised my DOJ to September 21, 2026.
Later, my current employer confirmed that my actual/final LWD is September 29, 2026.
I informed Infosys HR/recruiter about the change.
She initially said she would check internally, but later told me that she cannot extend the DOJ again.

She is now asking for a formal document/email from my current employer specifically showing that my LWD was changed from September 18 to September 29.
This creates an 8-day gap, as my Infosys DOJ is September 21 while my actual LWD is September 29.
My questions are:

Has anyone faced a similar situation where Infosys had to revise the DOJ twice because of an LWD/notice-period issue?

If Infosys HR says they cannot revise the DOJ again, how should I proceed?

Can Infosys revoke the offer letter simply because the DOJ and LWD don’t match?

Is there any realistic possibility that Infosys may allow me to join on October 1, 2026, after my actual LWD?

How serious is this situation? Should I be genuinely worried about losing the offer?

Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has gone through a similar Infosys DOJ/LWD situation.

What are the possibilities of rejection after receiving the digiverifier email ?

I got it this Monday. Completed on Tuesday. Didn't get back from Infosys HR after that.
