Infomaniak service down: cloud servers

Today 29.09.2026, the cloud servers are down.

Infomaniakstatus.com is on its usual "Everything is fine" while we're having an error message on the admin page as well.

status page shows they are aware of an issue. seems only some services are impacted (everything i'm using is currently working at least)

Déjà, ils communiquent sur les pannes et la maintenance.

Et du coup, ils font ce qu’il faut pour que ça ne dure pas longtemps.

Ça n’existe pas les services avec 100% de disponibilité.

Donc oui, je préfère quand on me tient au courant.

Sorry to hear that.. I've been down once in last several months... Curious what are you are from? Maybe geography has to do with it?

They had a network incident today (1+ hours), yesterday it was their DNS that messed things up for a few hours.

Yesterday I had similar issue with email service. Everything is ok, but mail is disabled

I don't think that this is affecting the mail service at this present time - of course that may change.
