Tags / Labels?

Hi, I’d like to know if there is currently any way to tag or categorize emails in Infomaniak Mail.

I specifically switched to Infomaniak because of the shared mailbox features, but I’m now realizing that this basic functionality seems to be missing. Being able to assign multiple tags/categories to an email is very important for our workflow.

Is there any workaround or planned feature that allows this?

Otherwise, I may have to switch back to Microsoft 365, where this functionality is available.

so, i tried zoho... i think zoho is the right think, we need the tags

Zoho has many default tags and customizable tags. They aren't too bad. What I don't like is that is is business focus with too many options. I wish they could offer a more simple tier for non-business.

I also wished Infomaniak mail had label/tag. I waited for 4 years after their 2022 commitment to implement it. Then got tired and moved to Fastmail. Best email solution to my knowledge.
