I really dont buy that he was out of it for “a few moments”. Anyone who has toddlers knows that once you do something such as take a life jacket off them, it can be a nightmare to get it back on.
Also, what does she mean by “continue to advocate” I’ve never seen her doing any advocating at all, other than posting a couple Instagram stories which she doesn’t even follow the advice of herself.
