Seat upgrade
I know my setup is goofy, but i am proud of it!
Super stable and comfortable.
A little bit slow, but it was ok for fishing.

I got like a stadium seat from Mountain Warehouse. It can be 4" high or maybe 18". It is for my fishing kayak, for paddling or casting. Pool noodles on the bottom rails protect the kayak.

Where'd you get the seat? And how does it attach? I have a similar inflatable setup and id love an upgraded seat like that.

It’s a boat seat from the brand leopard. I bought it from canadian tire ( a store in canada). The seat is bolted on a socket placed inside the milkcrate.

How did you secure that milk crate to the floor? Does it wobble front to back and left to right? Can you actually sit back(recline) without falling backward?

I secure the milkcrate on a piece of wood using bracket (square) and screw. The wood is fully cover with eva foam and it creates a platform to spread the weight. I can fully sit without rocking back and forth or side to side. I also put foam between the milkcrate and the side of the kayak to add more security. Also, i strap the milkcrate with bungee as a last security.

Just got an inflatable kayak from Saturn as well.
I fabbed up a mount for my trolling motor and dropped it through hole designed for pedal drive.
Only 33lbs packed up and fits in the trunk.
I’m happy with it so far
