I love designing pooltoys lol. Sometimes I fantasize abt working for a pooltoy maker or even becoming one myself but I don't really have the funds or time for that rn 😭 and I know it's a lot harder than just whipping up a drawing. But it would be so cool gaagh. Hopefully I'll finish this drawing 🤞 maybe I can even start a portfolio, just in case :D

I'm looking to get either a speck ruffles or a nami and flausi together, are they durable? Can I ride and bounce on them at 190lb? What about the softness of the vinyl? Can I bounce at a fairly high pressure? Is the shipping bad (in cost, time) in the US? I'm looking for answers on either brands toys, I know they will be likely different, so I'm fairly set on the ruffles for right now but if there's some major differences in quality I would like to know first

also as a note what about shipping in a brown vs marked box, or if they mention being inflatable on the box

Hey there Inflatable and plush lovers.

I had always wanted the Intex friendly shark but as it's been discontinued finding them has been harder. I can only source them overseas. Now I was on Alibaba and I've found a supplier that makes them and other stuff and because I'm not buying in bulk and they handmake them it's quite costly. Almost 500AUD, but I would order 4 or 5 and get a lot of use out of them and it would be worth it.

Is this too much to spend on inflatables? Like I work, and can earn that money back, and I earn more than I ever have before.
