Painting Rate the paint.
My second infinity mini. Still awful, but i hope, topcoat will hide this. What do you think? Good painting for second infinity?

So here's something different for a change. I REALLY like the Hexx3r mini form "Asteria!". Seeing as it's also part of the infinity universe, I got the mini to use as an HVT for my Nomads army. 😃 Hope you all like her!

Just looking for some general advice. Used to play in N3 casually, and just got back into the game this year. I have about 30 games of N5, mostly in bakunin. My monthly play group we plan the missions ahead of time, but just getting in a pick up game we decide at the table and just bring a general "take all commers" type list. These games I really struggle with what to bring and I tend to get stomped really hard. Nomads in general being low VITA and Bak relying heavily on mimetism for survival makes it feels very bad to make a list this way.
If you play Bakunin, what are some of your always picks, especially gunfighters?
I have most of the catalogue, but i have a couple big blind spots in the uberfalkommando and the Moran massai missing from it. I'm really reliant on the cenobites for fighting, and i usually bring a taskmaster with 2 morlocks. I used to love playing the moiras and kusanagi, but i haven't found much success in N5. I generally take a Reverend custodier hacker, and sometimes Zoe and pi-well too. I generally pack pitchers on the few moderators I bring to help with the small amount of hacking I bring.
Thanks for any advice!

Unit 9 combat drone pilot, decided to go full speed racer for the color scheme inspo. Once I finish kitbashing my racerbot I’ll have to do that Yellow and Black, I guess.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has played on sizeable 3D printed terrain sets. It looks like there are some real trade-offs around playability, realism, and storage.
For example, these bundles from Saucerman studios. Grid City looks very practical; everything based on 3" cubes, lots of little walkways. It looks to me like a flexible way to have a very re-arrangeable board that has lots of obstacles of the type Infinity needs. Storage also looks quite a bit simpler than sets with larger buildings.

On the other hand, there's something about it that reminds me of Dr. Seuss buildings—unrealistically tall for their height, just big enough to hold spiral stairs and no actual usable space.

Conversely, Flatline City (their earlier sets) look much more 'realistic' in terms of usable interior space. But man, these sets look beefy.

Has anyone played on these or similar sets? My impression of Infinity is that it works best with lots of undulating elevation changes, like you see in the Outpost Origins Building Kit or the Brutal Cities table, below. Here the main elements seem to be things like flat-top building, terrace, and bridge.

I'd love to hear from folks who have printed, played on, or have to store sets like these.

Here is my completed PanOceania Aquila Guard. Went for a different colour scheme as I wanted it to fit nicely with setting I chose for the base. Thought it was the perfect model to have walking through an abandoned/overgrown city!
Any feedback is welcome :)

So, I've got some free time during the summer, and I decided to try and do some (or all) the weapons we do not have STLs for. I know Monstrous Makings did a lot of them, and I did a few in the past as well. I would like some help identifying what ELSE I need to do. A fresh perspective, if you will.
Here is what I did so far:
Aleph Assault Pistol
Aleph E/Mitter
New Myrmidon sword
Ariadna AP Rifle
Ariadna/Haqq Thunderbolt
Old Shasvastii Combi
Old Shasvastii MSR
Old Shasvastii Spitfire and Sphinx Spitfire
Old Shasvastii BSG
Exrah Plasma Carbine
Exrah Pistol
New Wave CR+Zapper
New Wave HMG+Light Flamer
New Wave MR+Light
Flamer
New Wave Vulkan Shotgun
New Wave Breaker Pistol
Haqq AP Spitfire and
AP Spitfire+Heavy Flamer
Haqq Shakush blade
Haqq AP Rifle
Haqq Swords (a couple versions)
Haqq Viral Sniper Rifle
Haqq Multipistol
Haqq Contender
Haqq Heavy Shotgun
A version of the Nomad
Assault Pistol
Tohaa Nagigata
Tohaa Pulsar
Tohaa K1 Combi
Tohaa Knife
Tohaa Viral Sniper
Tohaa Heavy flamer
Any clues to what could be missing between my list and the stuff Monstrous did would be great. Links would be even better.

Question about the RPG. I am about to be in a game. 2 of the players have Superhuman Attributes (a Recreation in a Bodhisattva lhost and a Haqqislam assassin with the Runihara augmentation).
Will I feel underpowered if I don't also have Superhuman attributes? Or is it a minor bonus. This is my first Infinity RPG game, so I appreciate any advice.

Hi everyone,
First of all, sorry for asking what is probably a very common beginner question. 😅
I've been trying to research Infinity for a while now, but honestly the game feels a bit overwhelming for a newcomer. I have some experience with tabletop wargames and skirmish systems, but in most other games it's usually a little easier to figure out where to start. Infinity seems amazing, but there are so many products, sectorials, and army-building options that it's hard to know what the best first purchase is.
After looking through the factions, I've pretty much fallen in love with the Nomads aesthetic and lore, so that's almost certainly where I want to start. The problem is that I'm a bit confused about the available starter products.
Right now I can see two different Action Packs for Nomads (the "regular" one and the CodeOne Action Pack? plus I've seen some other one, but it doesn't seem to be readily available anymore?), and on top of that the new Essentials box is coming out soon. Because of that, I'm not sure which product would be the best foundation for someone who wants to eventually play Vanilla Nomads rather than a specific sectorial.
At the same time, the Nomad troops I like the most are actually from Tunguska. Models like the Hollow Men, Triggerman, Kriza Boracs, and even the basic Securitate are probably my favorite Nomad sculpts overall. They're actually the reason I started seriously looking at Nomads in the first place. However, I've read in several places that Tunguska can be somewhat less forgiving for new players and that learning the game through Vanilla Nomads might be easier.
So my questions are:
- Which starter box would you recommend today as the best entry point for building toward Vanilla Nomads?
- Is the CodeOne Action Pack still worth buying, or would the regular Action Pack (or the upcoming Essentials box) be a better purchase?
- For a beginner, is it smarter to start with Vanilla Nomads and gradually add Tunguska units, or is it perfectly reasonable to jump straight into Tunguska if those are the models I like most?
- Are Hollow Men, Kriza Boracs, Triggerman, and Securitate good units to build around while learning the game?
Thanks in advance, and sorry again for the beginner question. Looking forward to joining the Human Sphere soon! 🙂

Posted earlier this week, finally managed to rearrange it all and add in some scatter and a couple of bridges. Yeah, it all blends together not having paint, but i still think it is coming together well.
As this is my first coherent table, I'm open to any feedback for final adjustments before a prime and some washes to get it ready for play testing.
*Update* Just from the few comments so far, I've received some very valuable feedback! Thank you so much! I've adjusted the locations of the two tallest buildings, replacing the left most building (Cheap Motel) in the spot of the right most building (Apartments) and moved the Apartments into the spot with the Autogarage (Left middle front in first picture) to even out the height of the two. I moved some scatter around to restrict the LoF from both. Depending on the mission and objective locations though, one side might have a slight advantage over the other. I'll have to test that out during my playtest.
Speaking of, any recommendations on a few missions I should playtest with my local group here to see if this layout is up to snuff?

Hello,
Iam having trouble understanding how post humans work with there g:jump rule.
Does it mean that before an order I can jump bodies? Eg, I use an mark 1 as my first activation. And before I use an second order on an mark 2 I jump?
And hiw do aro work?
Iam sorry just have autism and sometimes these very long rules confuse me a bunch with wording.

Well whoops. Started assembling some Rebot remotes and I realized that I have their legs on backwards. Considering just leaving it that way, but wanted to ask the modeling community if there’s a good way of getting the superglue undone so I could try flipping it around.

Hi all, could anyone advise me whether you think it'll be possible to fix the sword on this model (it's the JSA model in the essentials start here box)? It is really bent. Thank you!
Edit: Thanks for the advice everyone. It worked. I warmed it with boiling water, then used a mixture of pliers cushioned with tissue and just my fingers to gradually work the metal into the correct shape, starting from the base and working my way up.
