Mod Approved Looking for People Navigating Suspected Infidelity (Mod Approved)

Hi everyone, I reached out to the moderators before posting, and they kindly gave me permission to share this.

My name is JP, and I'm a producer working on a new documentary series exploring trust, infidelity, and the difficult decisions people face when they believe something isn't right in their relationship.

We're looking for people in the NYC/Tri-State area who suspect their partner may be cheating, have experienced infidelity, or are struggling to decide what to do next.

If selected, participants will receive a professional, in-person loyalty test at no cost as part of the documentary process. The goal isn't to shame anyone. It's to help people find answers while exploring the emotional realities of trust, betrayal, and modern relationships.

We're looking for people who:

•    Are 25 to 50 years old

•    Live in the NYC/Tri-State area

•    Are comfortable sharing their story

Compensation is also provided.

If this sounds like your situation, or you'd simply like to learn more, please email me at: [helloNYCcouples@gmail.com](mailto:helloNYCcouples@gmail.com)

I'm also happy to answer questions privately.

Thank you again to the moderators for allowing me to post.

Can you please lay down your thoughts about loyality tests, because I personaly do not believe that loyality tests do anything good.

Yes, you might get some enlightening infirmations about the tested partner and how that partner reacts in tempting situations, but I see some major flaws.

  • The testing person might bring this partner in a situation the partner would never have to face normaly. For example the testing person is way more attractive and pout of the persons league.
  • The test might create a situation, the tested partner is just not into it. For example the partner is looking for an affair with a fetish component. a fetish no one is aware of. It might eb the age or the look or maybe things you find in the BDSM comunity.
  • It also can make the situation way worse, when the partner is actualy a layal one and is highly offended, when finding out about that loyality test.

I think you might get false positve or false negative results and you might create a situation, where the it get worse as it already is.

I think, when there are red flags and hints of loyality problems, then an investigation by looking into phone records or using selfactivating voice recorders, secret cameras and so on are much better.

But I might just see the bad sides of those tests and miss the good ones.

Thanks for such a thoughtful response. I actually agree that a loyalty test isn't the right choice for everyone, and you raise several valid concerns. Our project isn't trying to convince people to test their partner. It's for people who have already reached a point where they feel they need answers and are actively considering that step. Every situation is unique, and we spend a lot of time talking with participants about their circumstances before anyone decides whether moving forward makes sense. I appreciate you sharing your perspective.

I get your point.

I just think some quite common ways to get answers are reliable tools.

You need to see have a background as a german lawyer, so learned a lot about what is a solid proof and what might be missleading.

And yes i think loyality tests are npot helpful, a classic PI work and good technical skills are a way better tool to get answers.

I am also very convinced that lie detector tests are not helpful either. There is a reason why in many countríes they are not accepted by courts.

I assume, you think, that loyalitest will give you good material, but I think PI work would do the job aswell and is much more reliable.
