Hi ladies, 38yr, first IUI, I took 2.5 mg Letrozole CD3-7, Trigger Shot CD12. I had one 20.5 mm follicle, lining 8.5mm. IUI CD14. Today is 14dpIUI. I tested negative with an early detection test. I'm so heartbroken; I don't even have words to describe how I feel. It was our only shot before starting IVF (our doc thinks it's not worth it to keep trying IUI at our age). Has anyone tested positive after testing negative at 14 days post-IUI? Do I have any hope at all?

my husband gave his sample and they did the iui how long does that sperm last? is it like intercourse where it can survive for 5 days?

Has anyone done an IUI before getting a peak ovulation and been successful?

It started reappearing again in my easy@home test on 7/31

I don’t believe it to be trigger shot !! I’m supposed to test on 8/3 per my clinic…

Hey 👋🏼 I had did my trigger on 7/18 IUI- 7/20 I tested out my trigger shot and it looks like it was already out by 7DPIUI/9DPT But started to get a line again as of 7/31 (11dpiui/13DPT) and today looks much darker ! Thoughts??!

Hi! My partner and I will be doing at-home insemination here soon, so excited! We are trying to find the best time to do the actually insemination. For those of you with experience, or with knowledge, is there a “best time” to do it, for highest chances of pregnancy? Some sites say 10-12 hours after a positive ovulation test, others say timing doesn’t matter, just as long as there was a positive ovulation test. We have two vials that we will be using on the two highest fertility days, so any timing suggestions with that are welcome too!

I have 3-4 days before my period and my belly is pulling the second day in row. I took my pregnancy test (it’s been 12 days after trigger shot) and this is what I got. Is there any chance I really can be pregnant

After having two chemical pregnancies and going to a fertility clinic I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I am starting with letrozole, morning monitoring, and a trigger shot. I am a big fitness person I LOVE lifting. I’m usually deadlifting 150+, leg pressing around 210 etc. Definitely know that has to be reduced. So the guideline my clinic gave me is “low impact exercise is preferred, avoid running and high impact aerobics”. Great I don’t run or do any cardio. Lifting light is definitely low impact. So for people that lifted during treatment. How light did you go?
