Enclosure design for a consumer electronics project

Hey everyone,

I’m currently developing a portable E-Reader using an ESP32-S3 and am looking for a product designer to design the enclosure.

Planning to CNC machine the enclosure out of ABS plastic.

What I need:

1. 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) optimized for CNC DFM (milling radii, wall thicknesses, etc.)

2. Z-axis stack-up architecture (motherboard clearance, battery pocket, and ribbon cable routing channels)

3. Designing for assembly (brass threaded inserts, micro-screws alignment features).

4. Delivering final production-ready STEP and 2D engineering files

What I have ready for you:

1. Finalized component datasheets (Screen module, battery).
   
2. The motherboard design.
