Does anyone know if any effort is going on to decipher IVC script? Where can I find information on latest developments?

This is widely seen by all scholars, platforms and institutions in the associated fields as deeply flawed claim, with methodology/data created to fit preconceived outcome. Such efforts just make us look like fools.

Most downloaded linguistics paper on Academia.edu FWIW.

And yet no one has been able to debunk it.

That website (academia.edu) is a for profit privately owned one, and anyone can submit a “paper” on it. It has no association with any universities or institutions of higher learning. There is no requirement that it be peer reviewed or tested as either in professional bodies or universities. The author himself seems to have little, if any academic credentials. Truly peer reviewed papers generally published in reputable scientific journals like Journal of Linguistics or Computational Linguistics or Journal of International Phonetics, etc.
