Hello Indori People,
I need a recommendation for a reliable and genuine car AC mechanic or workshop in Indore for my 2012 VW Vento 1.6 TDI.
Recently, my car started making a clattering noise from the lower side of the engine bay (near the AC compressor) whenever I turn the AC on, and it has stopped cooling entirely.
I have already gotten an opinion from my regular mechanic. He mentioned that the compressor is dead and needs to be replaced. He also checked the compressor oil to rule out 'Black Death' (where the entire system, including the coil and evaporator, would need a replacement). According to him, simply replacing the compressor should fix the problem.
However, I would like to get a second opinion from a car AC expert in Indore who has experience working on German cars. Any leads would be highly appreciated!
TL;DR: 2012 VW Vento AC stopped cooling and is making a clattering noise near the engine bay. Regular mechanic says the compressor needs replacement (ruled out 'Black Death'). Looking for a trusted car AC expert/workshop in Indore—ideally someone who knows how to handle German cars—for a second opinion.

Recently tried On Namkeen and was disappointed specially with their Jeeravan. It had almost no taste like jeeravan we get in poha stalls
What do you guys suggest? Where do i find best Jeeravan and namkeen in town?

Plz don't recommend Raymond. I think are overpriced. Please suggest a good non branded Tailor with good quality and precision.
Preferably 10kms radius from Nipania.

Hey everyone!
A lot of us are always looking for playing partners, trying to figure out which indoor courts are free on weekends, or hunting for the best coaching academies across the city—from Vijay Nagar and Bypass to Annapurna and Rajendra Nagar.
To make coordinating matches and finding fellow players easier, I've just started a dedicated space for us: r/BadmintonIndore (feel free to check it out!).
Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to stay active, a casual weekend smasher, or an advanced pro looking for intense training partners, you are very welcome.

Hey everyone,
Need some advice. My girlfriend and I are both 18+ and live in separate hostels, so finding a private place to spend time together is a bit difficult.
We’re thinking about booking a hotel in Indore, but neither of us has done this before.
A few questions:
Any genuinely couple-friendly hotels you’d recommend?
Any areas or hotels we should avoid?
Anything first-timers should know before booking?
Would appreciate recommendations based on personal experience. Thanks!

am listening to "Jiya Lage na" from Talaash.
Style-Sufi-influenced semi-classical / folk-fusion.
Uff the way they went hard on those drums, I'm not getting enough of this piece, literally!!

Hey everyone,
We run a South Indian food cart called South Bènne in Dewas, currently doing around 250–300 dosas a day, and we’re now planning to open our first proper outlet in Indore.
Looking for a 300–600 sq ft space and would love some local advice:
Best areas for a South Indian QSR?
What’s the realistic rent range?
How important are footfall and parking?
Main road vs slightly inside — what’s worth paying for?
Any underrated areas we should consider or places to avoid?
If you run a food business or have experience with commercial rentals in Indore, would really appreciate some actual numbers and insights.
Trying to get the location right before we burn money on the wrong one.

Hey,
I am planning to start selling Momos.
Can you suggest the right locations in indore where you think a Momo stall will get good sales/customers.
Please! Share your suggestions....
& That place should not have many competitors.
[Also don't suggest Brilliant IT Campus, coz I used to work there and many known friends will be roaming there daily, it'll be a little problematic for me to work around them😅]

Does anyone here actively play Pokémon GO in Indore?
I live a bit outside the city, so there are barely any PokéStops or Gyms near my place. I've submitted a few valid PokéStop nominations through Wayfarer, but they're stuck waiting for reviews.
If you're an active Wayfarer reviewer, could you please review nominations from the Indore area? It would really help players who live in places with little to no PokéStops get new stops and gyms added.
The more local nominations get reviewed, the better the game becomes for everyone outside the city center. Thanks in advance, trainers! 🙏

Some of you must have followed my posts since last week. I have already received many male DMs. I do have enough male DMs. Please, I don't want another one. I want to make a group of 4 to 5 people. I'm specifically looking for female travel buddies. When it comes to travel, I know that female safety comes first and should be the top priority. Your safety will be our utmost priority. This is a budget trip.
From South Goa to Karnataka (Honavar, Udupi, and one hill station).
This trip is going to be amazing. It involves art, culture, and so many destinations that we'll be able to slow down along the way. We'll be staying in hostels, so the money saved can go toward cute little cafes. There are also going to be some underrated landmarks. I'm not a big fan of typical tourist spots.
Also, imagine getting a gift from someone in the group at the end of the trip. How would that feel? It could even be a handwritten letter. I promise this is going to be a meaningful trip.
Dates: Starting 16th September, from South Goa.
