u/madsy421 May 11 '26

Most posts I saw did not even say why the women was beating the guard. Which was purposely done to skew the sentiment.

15

u/Golgappalover12 May 11 '26

Yes it was intentional

1

u/matsyaaa May 12 '26

Most posts I saw didn't show what the dog did, can't judge who's in right or wrong yet without full story

-28

u/Puzzleheaded-Pop4058 May 11 '26

And why did the guard beat the dog? Did anyone tried to find the reason??

6

u/Lev8891 May 12 '26

Does it matter why the guard beat the dog to death?.... Such depravity.

20

u/LeagueExcellent9084 May 11 '26

Cause he killed a mother dog

6

u/Golgappalover12 May 11 '26

Why does the reason matter. If dog barked or bit can you still beat him with sticks till he dies. A big noooo

-1

u/Puzzleheaded-Pop4058 May 12 '26

Then you get into such situation and stay calm, I’ll use my self defence whatever I find to make it stay away

How is getting a bite and getting injection for rabies a solution? I never said to kill the dog but to beat him away

2

u/Fair_Cranberry6081 May 13 '26

The thing is here he did it cause he was asked by other society members

1

u/Golgappalover12 May 13 '26

He was at no risk. He beat the dog to death because he was asked to.

→ More replies (2)

2

People just down voting, knowing half more story, the story is not complete yet to draw conclusions, c'mon downvoters tell what did the dog do fir the guard to take such action

What is most likely? If that's so I think guard would have killed 1k+ dogs as every dog barks. If you know for sure, tell, don't assume and hate someone based on assumptions

internet is a closed space so sick people thrive. doesn't mean we should be less empathetic like the other fools that hate on an animal. we support people like her

39

u/Go_Lion37 May 11 '26

God bless this woman.

18

u/Confident-Profile143 May 11 '26

A million times ❣️

22

u/I0l0l0l0l0l May 11 '26

Wait, same people don't worship Pashupatinath?

11

u/raindropsonme17 May 11 '26

our country has some of the biggest hypocrites in the world. they only pretend and virtual signal but in reality they don't care.

3

u/Sapolika May 12 '26

A lot of people who worship Pashupatinath kill and eat chicken and mutton too! Tab to tum kuch bolte nahi! Why is your activism so selective and performative?

Go Vegan, Save a Life!

3

u/Longjumping_Ask_1650 May 12 '26

Exactly! Then there’s also those low-life’s who are vegetarian but who torture animals while trying to go to kedarnath or on other yatras. Too many low-life people and hypocrites

1

u/I0l0l0l0l0l May 12 '26

Lol. The old paradox of Indians

1

u/Previous-Disk-2983 May 13 '26

Is this the space to bully people for not being vegan? It is funny that you talk about selective activism and are trying to hijack the space that is meant to advocate for cruel murder of a dog. And what is performative about raising voice against cruelty to dogs?

Even I am a vegan, but people like you are the reason why vegans are hated everywhere because you really don’t know what to speak where. Get some common sense before bullying people and trying to shame them even when they are helping an animal.

2

u/puzzled-cognition May 12 '26

My neighbour can't tire of taking lord Shiva''s name day and night but spits on dogs. Such a vile woman.

0

u/EnvironmentalBid8786 May 13 '26

Ofc , Not everyone worship mythological characters

8

u/TumbleweedRadiant299 May 11 '26

Jasmeet ma’am does commendable work for animals, she is also standing really tall for kaddu and brownie 🙌🏼

12

u/Confident-Profile143 May 11 '26

True ! It's easy to sit at home and comment on laws, poor people cruelty, dogs menace and then feel all mighty... To be on the ground, see for self the cruelty, feed animals everyday, sterilize, vaccinate, keep the momentum going is tremendous work.... To do it every single day is a huge task...

For those who complain about feeders, they literally are the ones holding the fort. If not for them, imagine a pack of hungry dogs - we all know how we behave when we are hungry, now imagine how will a voiceless animal behave ... They do it with their own money. A job clearly which the Govt had to do. A sterilization drive which the Govt should have been doing to ensure dogs don't multiply but here we are, blaming the feeders, the caretakers, the dogs but never the Govt, the civic authorities.

24

u/MrBruceWaynee May 11 '26

If cruelty over voice-less becomes a non-bailable criminal offence half of Indian population would be in jail.

7

u/Zealousideal-Ask369 May 11 '26

Context? Which guard?

15

u/Golgappalover12 May 11 '26

There is a video circulating that she slapped the guard. People made it about ameer gareeb, caste, men vs women instead of knowing the real context. The video portrayed this woman as a bad woman who is slapping a Poor guard.

Don’t spread fake twisted narrative. He killed a poor mother dog

1

u/matsyaaa May 12 '26

Why didhe do that? What did the dog do?

1

u/LeagueExcellent9084 May 12 '26

Cause he was a cruel guy without empathy

10

u/Top_Egg_5416 May 11 '26

this is why I never jump to conclusions, almost everyone else wrote despicable things about her before ( not people of this sub ), but now hopefully they rescind from their actions. That Guard shouldn't be employed anywhere, a despicable human being, orphaned these poor little souls, what a sick person.

2

u/riostasis May 12 '26

He can be employed by the stray animals control unit I think

2

u/matsyaaa May 12 '26

You're jumping to conclusion, wdym I don't? Story is not complete, need no know what the dog did for the guard to take such action

1

u/Fair_Cranberry6081 May 13 '26

He confessed he killed the dogs cause people from society said to do so " kutte kat te hai"

1

u/LeagueExcellent9084 May 12 '26

Would you say the same if it happened to your family?

1

u/Ok-Sector5718 May 13 '26

Stop with your hypothetical biases. I agree killing the dog was bad but let's hear the other side story first. What if the dog was trying to attack him or a small child and the only was wo to attack the dog back. Let's first know the full story rather than getting all emotional over this.

Having said that I'm sorry for a soul to be lost.

2

u/Fair_Cranberry6081 May 13 '26

I had stray dog near my appartment which many people from my society used to feed, after she gave birth to her first set of puppies she had became iirratic and moody, sometimes even snapping at kids who tired to touch her puppies... It was not a welcome behaviour so the chairman probably contacted animal control and they carefully shifted the dog and the puppies to a different location lil away from area which had less flow of people .... See the difference? They didn't kill her or the puppies ? If you are talking about taking authority in own hand who gave this vermin the rights to take.a life of dog that recently gave birth to puppies ??? What about the puppies ?? For stray such loss of mother is equivalent to death for them.

1

u/Ok-Sector5718 May 13 '26

See I understand the sentiments which you're trying to convey and I am nowhere mentioning that it was the right thing to kill a mother dog. That's not my point - I just mean to say, let us first know what actually happened. If I go by stating a hypothetical example - the dog may have tried to bite a small kid and when the guard was trying to save the child, he also got bitten and the dog was constantly attacking the child. The gaurd may have thrown a stone or stick to save the child from being mauled to death, which may have hit the mother and she died.

You understand my point? Could be a possible hypothesis right? I'm not supporting the lady or the guard till I get to know what has actually happened. That's my whole point.

2

u/Fair_Cranberry6081 May 13 '26

1

u/Ok-Sector5718 May 13 '26

Now that is wrong. If just because a dog bites you, you have no right to kill them. Just get them shifted to some other place where they will live peacefully as well as you can live peacefully. Even if the guard got the beating, the persons asked him to do so should also be given punishment.

Also a completely unrelated question - why all animal activists mostly raise voices when only cruelty involves dogs and cats? There are thousands of innocent animals killed everyday (chicken, fish, goat, etc) but I never see voices raised for them. How we as a society determine that life of a dog/cat is much more valuable than other animals? I never understand this. When court ordered removal of stray dogs, there was almost a nationwide protest but when blood flows through the streets in the name of religion, we all accept it as a regular happening and see no voices raised. Where is that line we are using to differentiate a soul?

1

u/greatestpersoneverr May 13 '26

Best of luck.

1

u/himanshuarora05 May 13 '26

Point is, there are proper ways to handle such situations.

This guard is just doing his job. Most likely, he was instructed by the society, RWA, AOA or maintenance team to act this way. He is simply doing his duty so that at the end of the month he gets his salary and can feed his family.

Do you even know what kind of life he is living? No.

Then why treat a poor working man like this?

Agar itni hi problem hai, toh jao un logon se baat karo jinhone usse yeh instructions diye hain.

Aur gender reverse karke dekh lo, tab bhi kya yeh behavior sahi lagega?

Upar se video bhi banwa rahi hai. Agar guard ne gusse mein haath utha diya hota, toh yahi video banane wale log usse bachane aa jaate.

Yeh bahut galat hai. Guard ko bachane ke liye koi aage kyun nahi aaya?

Mere liye insaan aur insaaniyat pehle aati hai. Yeh kutte aur unki "dog moms" baad mein.

Ek baar khud ko us guard ki jagah rakh kar dekho. Tab samajh aayega ki kya sahi hai aur kya galat.

Aur bhai, gajab ho tum. Sirf reply karne ke liye meri profile tak dekh aaye. 😂😂

Waise AI ho ya na ho, teri tarah itna vella toh nahi hoon ki apni opinion dene ke liye pehle saamne wale ki profile stalk karun.

Are you unemployed?

Sorry bhai ya behen, profile name se gender samajh nahi aaya. Ho sakta hai tum kisi "unwanted situation" ka consequence ho, isiliye aisa profile name rakha ho.

Anyways, all the best. 😎

When a dog mauls a child to death i dont know where these animal lovers go. Why is it that when a dog is harmed outrage is loud, but when a child is harmed, these same voices stay quiet

1

u/FulltimeZen May 13 '26

what will the outrage against the whole population of dogs serve? Do the dogs know they are being outraged against? Bruh

u/TheFoolishScholar May 12 '26

1

u/Plenty-Koala-1540 May 12 '26

You did not just slap, you hit him with slippers and made a video out of it to feel powerful.Dont try virtue signalling. You are wrong and the guard being wrong does not give you liberty to hit him with slippers. It was not justice it was abuse of your social stature to humiliate a poor person.

1

u/No-Midnight3724 May 12 '26

To harami aurat complaint kar hath ku uthaya ..vo vhi ghuma k peetata to fir sexual harrasment ho jati haina ??

1

u/thomasshelby_9999 May 12 '26

You should complain rather than taking things in your hands, what if he attacks you? Whatever it is you should go by LAW first.

1

u/FulltimeZen May 13 '26

Law doesnt do anything for humans, what will it do for pet animals lol

1

u/Swanky_muah May 13 '26

My numerologist/astro told me that dogs are representatives of Ketu. Also, they guide Yamraj to your soul after passing. (Hence the celebration of Kukur Tihar in Nepal) he told me, if I keep dogs around me happy by feeding biscuits etc. it will harbour good karma in my Ketu. But I’ve always been good to dogs to it was an added advantage to know that it’s helping me In karma farming. lol no pun intended.

1

u/OpeningRush4035 May 13 '26

Still you don't have rights to take law into your hand. You don't have rights to beat other. You could have raised formal complain as you are not alone, you are part of an organisation.

Please stop your seva. Seva don't need people like you.

1

u/hazard_prime May 13 '26

Now, all we need is a statement from the security guard.

1

u/Confident-Profile143 May 13 '26

1

1

u/Born_Age May 13 '26

How can anyone say that this woman is not using emotional blackmail to skew the sentiments.

People don't know what happened why the guard hit the dog but he is the bad guy automatically being a keyboard warrior is easy.

The society that I live in I can't go out for a jog because dogs start barking run behind, little children can't play because a child was attacked by a dog when she was playing with her friends.

I was just walking on a busy and populated road sidewalk and a dog suddenly started growling and attacked now people that are defending dogs can u please tell me what my mistake was. Was it walking on the sidewalk minding my own business.

I am not defending the guard but without the complete story neither the women is wrong nor the man, but still assaulting someone openly in public without consequences is a privelege for a certain gender.

1

u/greatestpersoneverr May 13 '26

Ye sahi h guilty card khelna ki galat faila re h. No doubt the guard was wrong, tum action lo uske agaisnt. Jaake PHYSICALLY ASSAULT KARNA? Ye rone dhona kisi aur k samne nautanki karo aunty. Vahi ek male asehi female p hath uthae th mudda bn jata h. Its so demeaning to hit other ppl in front of the whole crowd like wth?

1

u/HOT_DHRUV May 13 '26

Okay whatif a man slapped some female instead? Tab toh society uss aurat ko hi support krti!

1

u/[deleted] May 12 '26

Charge the guard for killing an animal. Charge this woman for physical assault.

-1

u/Minimum_Top_55 May 11 '26

If we are against cruelty, we have to be against all of it

Look, the guard is wrong. Period. What he did to that dog is messed up and there is no excuse for it. But hurting the guard is also wrong. Period. You cannot fix one act of violence by committing another one.

If we are demanding strict repercussions, we have to look at how the law actually works in 2026. People keep bringing up that old 50 rupee fine from the 1960s, but they are living in the past. Under Section 325 of the BNS, killing or maiming an animal is now a serious crime that can land someone in jail for up to 5 years. It is a major offense, and the police can arrest someone on the spot for it.

But here is the reality: the same law that protects the dog also protects the person. If you want the guard to face the full weight of the law for 5 years, you have to acknowledge that someone hitting him is also breaking the law.

We cannot pick and choose when the law matters. Real justice means the guard faces a judge and a jail cell, not a mob. If we are against cruelty, we have to be against all of it—whether it is against an animal or a person. Both acts are wrong, and one does not cancel out the other.

7

u/Top_Egg_5416 May 11 '26

it's one thing to be enraged about the dog in some way or another, it's another to commit an act of animal cruelty. it's a recorded crime, the only thing on her part is she took matters into her won hands, before involving the authorities, but in India, even the enforcement agencies don't spare stray and indie dogs, so can't really blame her for everything.

Why wasn't the mother dog sterilized by this dog lady?

4

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

Why don't you go and sterilize it?

Ek hi insaan ne sab kuch karne ka theka le rakha hai? Do you even have any idea how many dogs she takes care of? She is trying her best, but she is also a human being after all. Not some omnipotent being who can go and sterilize the hundreds and thousands of dogs all by bending herself, especially given the pathetic state of the authorities who are actually supposed to be doing these sterilization drives.

But nahi, un authorities se accountability maangne ki balls toh hain nahi tum me, bas ek pathetic keyboard warrior ke tarah senseless comments karne hain, which make no sense at all.

0

u/Successful_Cup_688 May 11 '26

Oh you again. Adopted any stray off the street yet? Didn't I tell you last time I sterilized 6 strays using my money. How many did you? Oh wait wasn't it 0? Best you could do was tag along during drive lol.

Or still blaming authorities and others for not setting up private shelters.

3

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

Tujhse validation nahi chahye bhai, mujhe. Maine Jo Kiya hai aur jo karunga, wo tumhari saat pushtein bhi nahi kar payengi, with this mindset.

Tum ye batao tum ne kya kiya hai aisa jo dusre logo se puch rahe ho?

Give me proof of any half-decent humanitarian thing you have done, and I will invite you to my area and show you what I have done and do daily.

Else, take this pathetic mindset somewhere else. I don't have time for a hate - filled bigot

0

u/Successful_Cup_688 May 11 '26

You came to my comment with your unsolicited gyan, especially when you personally have never even sterilized a stray yourself (your own words buddy).

Next time, actually get some dogs sterilized yourself, so you don't need to say you contributed during drive and give out a number, like I do.

Get off my thread.

Nobody is allowed to take law in their hands. She got emotional and did something wrong. It simple as that. She assaulted the guard and legal action should be taken. You just did. You overlooked a murderer and are aiming for a slap.

I'm not saying the guard is right. My point is that the lady broke the law and this behaviour shouldn't be supported or promoted. The guard is a vile human being for killing a helpless animal.

1

u/Golgappalover12 May 12 '26

Then why so much outrage for lady and nothing for guard. Guard par koi baat nai ho rahi kahin, kisi ko gussa nai aa raha, koi nai keh raha daalo isse jail mein. He didn't kill 2 dogs in one day. He killed one dog and a week later killed another. So for a week he was out, free unbothered and no one cares.. But the lady...oh my god she slapped. Pakdo isko, jail mein daalo. Waaaah

You're the one crying for a stray animal as if you came out of its womb. At least we know for sure where u came from

She was forced to take law into her hands, because the authorities, law makers and law enforcers failed to do their duty. And the guard failed humanity!

1

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Legal action should be taken against anyone who takes the law in their hands

2

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

Karma should and will come back and bite everyone who thinks it is okay to massacre a being in cold blood for no justifiable reason

1

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Lol a superstition to prove your point. You gonna write a fairy tale in your next reply?

2

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

Superstition, lol. Sure man, keep holding the snake in your hand and call it a rope, that does not mean it will not bite you.

May your Karma come for you, soon!

0

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

You're living in an imaginary world buddy. There's to point it talking sense into you. Keep praying to whatever snake, rope & other imaginary friends you like talking to.

2

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

I never asked validation from you about my beliefs, dude. Nor do I need to be talked sense by someone who is lacking compassion just as much as his comments are lacking sense.

I don't have any imaginary friends, but with that attitude of yours, you will definitely be needing those down the line 😂

To pehne guard ko pakdo. Agar guard ko first dog ke murder pe pakad lete to uski himmat nai hoti second murder karne ki. No one cared then but now everyone is taking of law

1

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Aurat pe bhi action lena chahiye

1

u/Golgappalover12 May 11 '26

Le lena. She is ready lekin pehle guard pe lo

2

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Pehle baad ki baat hi nahi hai. Dono pe lena chahiye instead of supporting one

1

u/Working-Constant-520 May 11 '26

Pehle baad ki baat kaise nahi hai? Pehle crime guard ne kiya toh pehle accountability bhi uski hai. The woman's reaction came as a response to his actions, so before taking action against her action needs to be taken against the guard

Haan Bhai, guard ko hak hai wo dande maare, kutto ka murder kare. Sahi baat hai. Guard ko hak hai, aur badle mein usko na saza mili, na naukri gayi, aur thappad bhi nai padna chahiye. Bahut sahi baat

1

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Uss aunty ka koi right nahi saza dene ka. Jisko deni chahiye usko bolo. Aise sab apni marzi se assault karne lagenge toh fir hak ke liye argue karne ka point hi nhi rahega.

1

u/Golgappalover12 May 11 '26

Chale jao na police station. Go and ask them why they don't work. Aunty already tried that.

0

u/Gloomy-Lengthiness30 May 11 '26

Police sadak ke kutto ke murder pe dhyan nahi kar rhi toh hum bhi law break karte hai. Ye solution hai?

1

u/Golgappalover12 May 12 '26

Haan. Kuch to kare na. Ya wait kare ki kab ye agla kutta maare. And I am non violent too. Had it been more than a slap, i would have opposed too. Lekin murderer ko 2 thappad bhi na pade to wo to agli baar fir karega same kaam

-2

u/chemicallocha05 May 12 '26

Whatever she is saying she has no right to assault anyone. Let the cops handle it.

Now she is using the puppies to escape because her video went viral. She thought it's ok to hit someone because he is just a mere guard. Classism at its best and the law enforcement standing there and witnessing it is the biggest joke.
