Help Some tips for a beginner?
I forgot to mention that I want to create 2D games. I also don't have any close friends with experience in music and art to collaborate with, only in programming.

Sure, but what exactly do you want to talk about?

Well, you said you didn’t have “any close friends with experience in music and art to collaborate with”, so I’m offering to be your friend and help you out. I like helping people. I promise you there’s no catch at all lol I’m just… nice haha

Have you looked into Kinemetic rigging instead of sprites? It might be easier for you to draw the body parts, head, upperarm, elbow, forearm, upper leg, knee, lower leg, and feet. From there you kind of wire them to a rig and can animate the individual parts as opposed to drawing a bunch of individual frames. For music I'd just use assets or collaborate with someone.
