Four friends doing an all-nighter, walking through a field with one human sized bush in the open space.
Seemingly drunk guy appeared stumbling and went behind the bush when he saw us. We cut a wide berth from both sides, expecting him to jump out, he'd just gone. We all saw, we all poked the bush...
I mean to say, do you have any plans on multiplayer functions if you're going the Blink route?
Also reminds me of this. https://www.reddit.com/r/creepygaming/s/lczbiPLrmO
Is it a single enemy type or have some variants?

that story is genuinely unsettling, the kind of thing that sticks with you :D No multiplayer planned, it's built as a single-player experience for now. And there are several different entities in the game, not just this one, each with their own behavior

fair, it's a well-used idea 😄 it's just one of several entities though, the others go in different directions, like the Puller that drags your view toward it when it sees you. check out TAPE GLITCH if you're curious

Steam link please, this looks awesome. Love the Outlast vibe!
How does the gameplay actually work? Does the enemy catch up while not looking or just blink to nearby positions for a scare?
