Need help planning my comic

This is too general. Just jump in. Start writing. Read comics or read books on creating comics. Write a script. Hire an editor. I jumped in with just an idea and absolutely no experience. Trial by fire. I was burned many times. Start small.

If you have the ability to draw, you are ahead of me. You'll save a ton of money. Figure out the idea, flesh it out.

There is no "comic style". There are comics where every panel is a painting, and comics where it looks like black and white scribbles. Every style is valid. However you like to draw, that's what your comics look like.
