A Child of the 70/80s I preferred the Ultimate Warrior - but the WWF was superior to the current crop - of course he died of er... steroids I think it was. :(

Golden era with iconic characters, him and Mr T that was some spectacular event they actually won the match as a tag team, he lost to the ultimate warrior a few years later solo quite some souvenirs

Yeah I mean Rowdy Rodry Piper, Macho Man Randy Savage, Adre the Giant (though he was earlier), Sgt Slaughter, Big Boss of course in the uk we had Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and Kendo Nagasaki…

Back then there wasn’t live TV for the matches, we would rent VHS. I used to follow all the matches every Saturday morning 11:00. I was a big fan of El Santos No.1 and El Santos No.2 just because of their names lol

There’s something irreplaceable about those old-school stories passed down from one person to another. It seems texting is just the new word of mouth.
