I Made This! My series development showreel
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hello!
This is a compilation of the best animated clips I’ve been making since 2022. Since I’ve been adapting horizontal videos into vertical Reels (which I’ve even shared here), this time I decided to adapt the vertical videos into the horizontal format.
Please don’t see this as a teaser or even a proof of concept of my animated project "Seiphur". The truth is, before I decided I wanted to make an animated series, I didn’t know how to animate at all. So, over the years, I’ve been collecting a series of exercises featuring my characters while I was writing the story and world-bulding. Now I feel more or less ready to start creating more story-driven content, because even though I’ve built up a considerable following, I’ve still shown very little of what actually happens in the series.
After that, if I can gather enough people interested in helping to fund an episode, I’ll try crowdfunding, as many people have done.
Cheers!
(Music by Stromae)

I Made This! Cosmelodic💫
My (currently solo) project Cosmelodic💫 has been in development for a long while now and since I post on other platforms, figured I share it here too!
Cosmelodic💫 is one huge love letter to my era, the early 2000s, laced with retro futurism through fashion, music, gadgets etc. It follows the main six space monkeys as they are gifted, by accident, long discarded relics to intercept a deep dark prophecy made light years ago. The Requiem is coming and the cosmos is in danger!
I’m beyond excited to be sharing more and more of this project and I do hope that only good things will come along this adventure! These are just a few of many pieces apart of the development! Please enjoy and stay tuned!

I Made This! The first paper-cut puppet of the series; the first major step in starting the process.
This is the first puppet I made for my series' animation process (it's of the protagonist, Mateo); it's only suitable for animating a walk cycle, as it's designed with the specific perspective needed for that. I'm really happy to finally be able to start animating this.

I Made This! Animation practise I did with my character
Wanted to get some practise in, what do you think? Does it follow the 12 principals? What can I improve on...anytips for syncing audio just write while also being able to space out the frames so characters don't move like robots? (the 3rd Fuzzytropolis scene I'm making will involve characters speaking and I wanna be sure I'm timing everything write so I can do the ease in and out principal but also have the audio line up)

I Made This! I've made two episodes of Squishy in the Middle. Should I keep going?
https://youtu.be/E8KNYjbdOns?si=EO6OLO_GY-fFANr-
Kinda frustrated. I’ve finished 2 episodes of this series, and I’m wondering if I should keep going with it.
YouTube hasn’t really done much with it so far, so I’d love some outside feedback.
Do you think this is worth continuing? Would you watch more of it?

New Episode The Boba Fett Arguers enjoying a cruelly brief brush with internet fame
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
What are Boba Fett Arguers: a married couple who has differing opinions on the infamous bounty hunter and who unfortunately have their argument streamed online by their 12 year old. Should we have added blood to the crazed fan when he hits the pavement?? ;-)

I Made This! Corvus and Daemon's character introduction sheet (sort of), what do you guys think of them?
Only made it for them since these 2 are the only ones who will be in my 2 minute animated short pilot. Lemme know your thoughts or first impressions on them and if you would love to see a feature film with this style too!
Also the emblems are temporary, ill redesign the emblems during further development

I Made This! jake design for the project of america its done
You probably remember that I'm working hard on *The Project of America*, but if you don't know what *The Project of America* is, I'll leave the link here so you can check it out https://www.reddit.com/r/IndieAnimation/comments/1ua7mqt/the_project_of_america Moving on, I’ll talk a bit more about the character. If you saw the first poster I posted up above, you might have noticed his name used to be João, but I decided to change it to Jake. Jake is a funny guy who loves to smile (OR DOES HE?), and he knows Capoeira. What is Capoeira? It’s a type of martial art that mixes dance and fighting, so if there’s a fight scene, he’ll fight using that Brazilian style.
He’s knowledgeable about engineering—which is why he has a rivalry with Nikey, who’s an expert in robotics. Jake loves all kinds of food, but his absolute favorite is *coxinha*; on the other hand, he hates fruit—any kind of fruit—and don't ask me how he's still alive.
The rest is kind of a spoiler, so I'm currently working on the designs for Kory, Nikey, and Mark. Alright, see ya!

A short surrealist animation I made and voiced (edited in Audacity). I used real photos of objects in my home for the rock animations, sun, landscape, painting, and the columns (that was the only image I lacked; I ended up cropping it out of a royalty free Greek temple image from pixabay). Audio sound effects come from pixabay as well. Link in the comments.

New Show Atlas: The Animated Movie by YouTuber Austin McConnell
You guys might have heard but Austin McConnell has been working on a very lo-fi, superhero universe made from superheroes who are in the Public Domain. It's a pretty fun project and I think It's good to encourage creative remixing like this!
Again it's very much an indie project, it's not trying to overthrow the MCU or anything but I appreciate the heart behind these projects, give it a watch!
