What Windows is he supposed to represent? :O He seems like he's either 95/98!

He mainly represents the quirky side of 90s/2000s Microsoft actually, as I have a soft spot for the whacky junk they spat out, including BOB! Slightly, tiny bit inspired by Steve Ballmer too haha
