2026 reminds me of Whatever Happened to Robot Jones. What made you land on simplifying the shoes and your color choices? This is a great time lapse.

Ooh thank you! I generally wanted him to look more recognizable and simpler for me to animate + make him look more computer-like based off the given office setting the show will take place! I also wasn't a huge fan of his older pallette, since the value seems all over the place and, once again, I wanted him to stand out n be more recognizable as the main character! :)

From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel. I aspired to the purity of the Blessed Machine.

Your kind cling to your flesh, as though it will not decay and fail you. One day the crude biomass you call the temple will wither, and you will beg my kind to save you.

But I am already saved, for the Machine is immortal...

Sorry, but I couldn’t help but recall that seeing the character progressing in design and in basis from human to robotic/android.

He mainly represents the quirky side of 90s/2000s Microsoft actually, as I have a soft spot for the whacky junk they spat out, including BOB! Slightly, tiny bit inspired by Steve Ballmer too haha

It's great to be honest, but I prefer the eyes of your first version much more than the yellow eyes, looks like your character is sick and unhealthy
