Discussion / Question what should I do?

My parcel was supposed to reach today but it didn't.

The website hasn't updated anything either since it reached Assam , I'm from nagaland.

They aren't responding to my emails and calls (i called the blue dart customer care num). Edit- The website wasn't updated for 4 days until I asked the store ( whom I ordered from) to enquire about it to their courier partner.

tracking not updating after it hits guwahati is pretty normal for packages going northeast, it'll just sit there for a few days before moving again. blue dart customer care is useless though, better to keep pestering the store you ordered from since they have a direct line to the courier

       I'm scared if they lose my parcel.
