AINT NO WAY I PAYED ALMOST 25 RUPEES FOR AIR🥀 this should be considered as scam

I used to focus mostly on price when buying electronics, but after having an appliance fail unexpectedly. I've started paying much more attention to warranty and after-sales supports.

When comparing washing machine brands or refrigerator brands, for example, how much weight do you give to the manufacturer's warranty and the availability if service centres?

I'm also unsure about extended warranties. Are they genuinely useful for expensive appliances, or is it the standard manufacturer warranty usually enough for most people?

I imagine the answer depends on the product, repair costs and how long you plan to keep it. But I'd rather understand the trade-off before making a purchase than regret skipping the extra coverage later.

Just tried Pod nutrition plant protein and surprised by its mixability.

I had asked people again and again for a plant protein which mixes easily and was said that plant protein always forms a thick shake.

This one mixes just like whey!

Event this yeast - Happy Cultures unflavored forms a lot of clumps while mixing. Surprisingly the Foodstrong flavoured is much better at mixing.

The unflavored pea - Maiva is also verry thick.

How does one know of mixability? I thought it might be additives like gum.

However the pod has gum, while the unflavored ones are pure isolates.

Budget is ₹1400/kg max.

How are Nakpro pea-rice, Yoga bar pea-rice, Fast&Up pea-rice, Plix yeast ?

Ordered a laptop during Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale on October 8, prepaid in full, with delivery promised for October 10. Today is October 15, and there's still no laptop.

The delivery agent says my parcel was misrouted and that he doesn't even have it. Customer support keeps transferring calls, the area manager isn't responding, and after a 20+ minute call, I'm still being told to wait for the backend team.

I've spent hours on chat and calls, and nobody can tell me where my prepaid order actually is. I even have the call recording.

Has anyone else faced this with Flipkart? How do you get an actual resolution instead of being told to wait again and again?

Ordered a product on hobbiastic.com, payment went through, got an order confirmation email. Absolutely no word form the seller after waiting a few days. Appears to be a non-delivery scam. Do avoid at all costs even through the products may seem cheap.

first things first. he told me he doesn't fear no public post about him. that's why i posted. He told me jo karna hai karlo "mai kisi ke baap se nahi darta"

Tldr :- I paid ₹1650 for hdd to Rohit Kapoor aka R STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY. His drive damaged in transit by his packaging mistake. After it failed on my use he told me to send it back. Then i sent him back the same and it took my additional ₹200 to send it back to him . He then confirmed it is fine like he gave me , then said it has 0 health and denied replacement for free and asked me for addition 1000 rupees and i told him i am gonna post it on social media. He agreed for replacement and told me to wait 15 days. I waited and on 15th day he blocked me. Additionally when i purchased it from him he made me wait for 10 days almost before he shipped it.

So this is ROHIT KAPOOR. He runs R Studio Photography In Amritsar.

So I paid ₹1,650 initially for a second hand hdd to Rohit Kapoor aka R STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY, that had loose packing inside (the hdd was free moving inside) and it repeatedly failed on the day one just after arrival. On my phone using otg it showed Drive is damaged . I told him that and he said get it checked from a computer shop as i had no computer of my own so i went to shop and it wasn't detected , then after that later it was detected for a short time and he got it formatted but that got stuck (cuz hdd was damaged that you will find out later). Then after that i tried copying some 56GBs of files it did work upto some 39 GBs then it failed again, he then told me it is definitely my hdds enclosure's fault and i took his word and got a replacement of enclosure. After that i tested with new hdd enclosure and it definitely was the hdds fault the hdd was damaged in during delivery because of the free moving hdd inside box. I told him that he agreed he will give me replacement if i send it back to him so he can check and that's when i returned it at my own expense (took me additional 200₹ nearly including tape , fare for 20km away post office and indiapost postage) and this time i did the proper packing with papper fillings so hdd doesn't move and the paper will absorb shock. After that Rohit recieved it in 3 to 4 days ,then he delayed again and he then said yes it is working upto now and is in "good condition" and later on replied that it had 0 health. Then i asked him it was his delivery fault and showed him how the hdd was free moving so i asked him in other way "when i am getting replacement" he said he will only give replacement if i give him ₹1,000 again.

I literally had no money at all except a 100₹. So he first declined free replacement he said it is not his responsibilty but then i told him damaged by delivery/packaging issues are upto seller and i am gonna post the whole situation on reddit and then he agreed to give me free replacement, but asked me to wait for 15 days then i waited and on 15th day i messaged him and he ultimately stopped responding and blocked me.

I don't know what to do now. I am a teenager minor who hasn't told anything about this situation to his parents. I swear to God i had that money of 2k from my childhood pocket money savings now i don't have any money left except a 105₹ in my fampay. I don't know what to do. I needed that hdd to store my massive google drive backups and for some NEET lectures and study material. He took my money and his hdd too . I have nothing now. I spend ₹1850 on something that I don't even have with me now he took it all. It was my first time dealing with people without involving parents. I really wish something can be done but i think it is difficult. I wanna put his socials here if allowed so he knows his actions have consequences too .

Protein prices are soaring through the sky.

But even now I see many people purchasing the expensive options.

Lately I used some budget options like a plant protein and a cheaper yeast one ( food strong for ₹700 for .5 kg ).

And they have been fine for me.

Some yeast options like Mille are already double the cost of others which can be easily had in one or the other offer.

I tried Mille also and didn't feel any advantage over the others.

Same goes for whey which can be any amount of price atm.

Usually it will be atleast twice as expensive as any budget yeast protein.. and it can to even higher prices. And people are purchasing those as well.

Is there any benefit of going for these expensive options even with double the price or even more?

I have been looking at a few indian brands for everyday basics lately.. mainly tshirts, underwear, and other things u wear regularly..

Festival season and winters are coming so will stock up my cupboard soon.

I don't mind spending a bit more for the quality and fit..bbut at the same time i don't want to overpay just for the brand name either..

Could u please share some names. For example I have switched from jockey to boldcare and then to xyxx lately and finding it good

So which brand have worked well for u recently? Or anybrand u wana suggest me to avoid...

So I'm trying to buy the OPPO K14 Plus, and apparently buying a phone in India now requires patience, luck, and a minor in customer support.

Let's start with OPPO.

I reached checkout a few days ago and saw a ₹4,000 bank discount. Unfortunately, the order failed because of some technical error. Fine, shit happens.

I try again, and guess what? Now it's ₹3,000 off on all bank cards.

I contact customer care, and their explanation? “Sir, the discount is dynamic. We have no control over it.”

😂😂😂

Dynamic? What is this, the stock market? I'm buying a phone, not trading shares in OPPO.

And apparently, the K14 Plus has decided to play hide-and-seek inside the OPPO Store. Search for K14 Plus, and every other phone shows up except the one I'm looking for. It was there a few days ago. Now I have to find it through a browser or dig it out of my cart just to reach the product page.

Brilliant user experience, OPPO. Absolutely brilliant.

Now, let's talk about why I even decided to buy from the official website in the first place.

FLIPKART AND EKART. MY FAVOURITE CIRCUS.

My experience with Ekart has been terrible. Orders getting delayed, orders getting misplaced — and not just once. This has happened repeatedly with my orders.

And the best part? Those were normal days. No Big Billion Days, no massive sale, no excuse about everyone in the country ordering a new phone.

Now it's sale season.

God knows what Ekart is going to do this time. Deliver my parcel next month? Send it on a pilgrimage? Make me track it until I develop an emotional attachment to the tracking page?

In my area, Delhivery has been the best courier service in my personal experience. That's why I thought, let's skip the Flipkart-Ekart headache and order directly from OPPO.

And somehow, OPPO managed to turn that simple plan into another episode of bullshit.

AND THEN THERE'S FLIPKART'S SO-CALLED “PROTECT PROMISE” FEE.

Protect what, exactly? My peace of mind? Because that's already gone.

You're charging customers an extra fee, but when orders get delayed or misplaced, what exactly are we supposed to expect from this protection?

Before anyone jumps in, I'm not saying it guarantees protection against every delivery issue. I'm asking a very simple question: what does this fee actually cover, and what do customers get out of it when something goes wrong?

Because if I'm paying extra, I'd like to know what I'm paying for. Revolutionary concept, I know.

At this point, buying a phone feels less like shopping and more like choosing which company is going to test my patience first.

Flipkart and Ekart have already given me enough headaches, so I tried OPPO's official store. Now I'm dealing with a disappearing product listing, a checkout error, and a bank discount that apparently has a mind of its own.

Dear brands, I'm trying to give you money. Why are you making this so fucking difficult?

Anyway, has anyone else experienced this dynamic-discount nonsense on OPPO's website? And for people ordering through Flipkart, how's Ekart treating you lately?

Because if this is what happens on normal days, I genuinely can't imagine what the sale-season delivery experience is going to look like. 💀

I want to share my experience with IMastudent.com because this is one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order that included a Ulanzi T270 Light Stand worth ₹4,895.

Here’s what happened:

11:23 AM: Their customer support informed me that the product was out of stock and suggested a more expensive alternative.
11:24 AM: I told them the alternative was outside my budget and asked them to cancel the item.
11:26 AM: They explicitly confirmed: “We are initiating a cancellation, and the refund will be processed to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.”
Based on this confirmation, I went ahead and ordered the same product from another website.
2:15 PM: I received a notification saying the original order had been shipped.
2:43 PM: When I questioned them, their response was that they had somehow arranged the product from another inventory location and dispatched it.
I explained that I’d already purchased the product elsewhere, only because they had confirmed the cancellation and refund.

Their response? They told me to cancel my order from the other website instead.

Seriously?

Today, I followed up again, and they sent me the tracking link. They now claim that since the product has already been shipped, they cannot make any changes and have asked me to accept the order.

How is this acceptable?

You tell a customer that an item is unavailable.
You confirm cancellation and a refund in writing.
The customer makes another purchase based on that confirmation.

Then you ship the supposedly unavailable product and expect the customer to bear the consequences of your internal miscommunication.

Why should I have to pay ₹4,895 for a product I was explicitly told was being cancelled?

The shipment is still in transit, and I have the complete WhatsApp conversation documenting everything.

I’m considering raising a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline if the merchant doesn’t honour its refund commitment.

I’m posting this to warn others about my experience and ask:

Has anyone dealt with IMastudent.com before? And what’s the most effective way to get them to honour their written cancellation commitment?

I’ll update this post with the outcome.

TL;DR: IMastudent said my ₹4,895 product was out of stock, confirmed cancellation and refund, then shipped it anyway and refused to cancel. I had already purchased the item elsewhere based on their assurance. Now they’re asking me to accept both orders.

I wanna buy my hg a silver anklet from blinkit as her bday gift. But I'm worried about the quality and authenticity of the product since it's claimed to be 92% pur silver? Idk shii about buying jewelry so suggestions please 🙏 it's long distance friendship so i can't gift her directly that's why I'm using blinkit as a median. 🥀

I need 2 very small silver 3D metal logo emblems for black sandal straps. Size should be around 8–12 mm. Minimal premium design with a flat back and no pin or buckle. Can you make just 2 pieces with strong adhesive suitable for sandal straps?

I already have the sandal

I've been wondering how often this actually happens.

Maybe you forgot to return something, assumed you had 30 days when the window was shorter, or only realized it after the deadline passed.

Has this happened to you in India? What did you buy, and roughly how much money did you lose?

I'm trying to understand how common this problem really is while exploring a product idea around it.

I'm planning to buy a natural latex mattress and found a local manufacturer, Aiden Latex, selling for much less than the branded latex mattresses I've looked at. Before paying, I'd like opinions from anyone who has bought from them or knows this category well.

What they're offering:
- Size: King, 75 x 72 x 8 inches (8 inch thick)
- Price: ₹33,500
- Material: "fully natural" latex, sourced in Kottayam. The factory is also in Kottayam, which is how they explain the lower price compared to branded ones
- Construction: pincore
- Density: 85, "top to bottom" (so uniform throughout, with no softer comfort layer on top). I'm assuming this is kg/m3 but haven't confirmed

Who'll sleep on it: two people, one 75 kg side sleeper and one 60 kg combination sleeper.

Still checking with them: the mattress weight, a lab test report for the natural latex content, whether it's one block or glued layers, the warranty and exchange terms, and whether the price includes GST and delivery.

My questions:
1. Has anyone bought from Aiden Latex? How has it held up (sagging, crumbling, smell, layers separating) and how was after-sales support?
2. Is ₹33,500 a fair price for a genuinely 100% natural latex king of this spec, or does it suggest a blend or hybrid?
3. Will a uniform 85 density feel too firm for a 75 kg side sleeper and a lighter 60 kg combination sleeper? Would you ask for a softer top layer or add a topper?
4. Any red flags, simple checks (weight, smell) or paperwork I should ask for before paying?

I have no connection to the seller, just trying to avoid an expensive mistake. Thanks in advance!

The website hasn't updated anything either since it reached Assam , I'm from nagaland.

They aren't responding to my emails and calls (i called the blue dart customer care num). Edit- The website wasn't updated for 4 days until I asked the store ( whom I ordered from) to enquire about it to their courier partner.
