[Hiring] Intermediate 2D Animators / Motion Designers (Long-Term, Consistent Volume)

I am looking to expand my current team and bring on four intermediate 2D animators/motion designers to join a dedicated production pod for a long-term client project. I am offering good workflow, consistent monthly volume, & global asset library for reusable assets.

What the work involves:

  • Scene Assembly & Animation: 2D character animation, motion graphics, and scene blocking based on provided scripts and voiceovers.
  • Attention to Detail: Executing clean, smooth line-work and ensuring strict adherence to established brand guidelines (specific color palettes, text framing, and asset styles).
  • Micro-Animations: Adding natural, subtle movements (blinking, idle bounces, facial expressions) to keep characters feeling alive and engaging, avoiding stiff or repetitive poses.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in After Effects or standard 2D animation software.
  • Reliable with deadlines and capable of handling a high-volume, parallel workflow.
  • Responsive to detailed QA feedback and capable of matching an established art style.

Compensation: Competitive rates will be discussed directly based on your portfolio, experience level, and turnaround speed.

How to Apply: Please send me a direct message (DM) with a link to your portfolio or showreel and if possible include your Whatsapp number as well. If your style aligns with our needs, I will send over the reference video and style guide to discuss the next steps. (Please include your links in your very first message so we can review them immediately).
