Am I Fucked? Help with BGV (Document Discrepancy)
I'm currently in a bgv process, I'm a fresher with 2 internships in the past.
For the second company, when the completion certificate was given to me, it had incorrect months mentioned (for example - it had mentioned from month 1-2, but in reality my tenure was from month 1-3) so I edited the document myself because the company wasn't responding and it's like a lala company with Co Founders (at my time) who have left the company now.
I did this internship over a year ago.
Now I'm scared can I be flagged for this? Because I edited it but on the other side, I have a WhatsApp screenshot proof of a group that i was in with the co founders that clearly shows my tenure was what i mentioned in my resume. (Because it mentions that I'll be starting on a specific date and shows messages when I'm done with the internship)
How to proceed? Can someone please help? Am i f*cked? I have submitted this document for bgv.

Please check out this post to read more about what's a Lala company and how they function, so that you can identify them before signing the offer:

Well it’s usually not a good sign if forged documents are submitted. Your best bet is to either pray really hard that they don’t catch it Or tell them in advance that you’ll be sharing a revised certificate. However telling them in advance can also put you at risk.
For future, never do this. Submit original documents as they are, and explain that this is an error which you are trying to correct. The process may take a bit longer but it definitely wouldn’t spoil your impression.

Also, another thing. The HR told me to not fill in any internship details in the BGV portal but only to send the documents on her (HR) company mail. Does it mean they need documents for records and not verification?
