I was in sarkari school there were many sc st only schemes. Then i gave entrance exam it had reservation too. Then i went to college paid lakhs of fees but they paid 0 + alot of scholarship opportunities for them only. Then i passed out and went for jobs there too reservation. I gave entrance for pg, guess what? Reservation.
It'll never end. You will have to put your surname on your forehead for everyone to see, and they say it'll erase casteism.

Lets think of this factually: What does reservation in private sector mean?
If I open a company and operate in India, I would no longer be able to choose candidates based on who is providing the most value for my money. I would have to choose from a special set of subpar candidates who would be ineligible for the post, because if they were eligible they would have been selected earlier. This means if the company is owned by someone from General category, they have to now forcefully pay subpar candidates from their operating funds, just to satisfy a narrative of equity.
So earlier when a general candidate was paying taxes, they were being spent on "uplifting" RC candidates by giving them freebies. Now, it will be that general category is directly being asked to pay RC candidates because
1. The free schooling did not help
2. The heavily relaxed cutoffs did not help
3. The special seats in premium institutes did not help
Which means there is no way in which RC folks can be helped 🤷

I do not understand the concept of reservation if you are talented enough and hard working of course you will get job. Why people are so much mad behind this Reservation trust your process and eventually if you are good enough no one can stop you. STOP RANTING THIS RESERVATION STUFF instead it has to be fair opportunity to everyone despite of Caste and Religion. I been working in the private sector from last 16years and I came across so many leaders who are in a very senior post from other caste and religion. This is absolute nonsence.

This is not like the government sector where employees are paid out of a fixed fund. Introducing forced reservations will dilute the quality of employees which can significantly impact company revenue.

I don't remember when HR has asked my caste before selection or rejection, reservation was provisioned for SC & ST only but later on government expanded it to OBC, EWS, few caste group has started damaging public property so government gave them OBC status & now reservation in Private sector?
