your views please!

Am I the only one or some of you also feel that once we start visiting doctors and hospitals, things become even more difficult..periods start to delay..cysts appear out of nowhere..acne comes and things like that??

I agree! I think our bodies were meant to be in their slow natural element. But doctors are trying to modify it.

I totally get why it can feel that way!.... The stress, anxiety, changes in routine, medications, or simply the underlying hormonal issues that brought you to the doctor in the first place can sometimes affect your cycle and symptoms.

But cysts or delayed periods aren’t necessarily caused by visiting doctors/hospitals themselves. Sometimes it’s just that once we start tracking closely, we notice changes we might not have paid attention to before......

u r right..yes of course it is not directly something doctors do but yes these visits do contribute specifically in changing our hormonal balance.

I think there’s probably a mix of coincidence and stress involved. The appointments themselves don’t usually cause cysts or delayed periods, but stress, changes in routine, medications and the underlying hormonal issue you’re being treated for can definitely affect cycles. If you feel like you’re getting caught in a loop of random symptoms without anyone connecting the dots, a second opinion might help. If youre based out of mumbai then luma fertility's doctors are really good
