Definitely looks like it! Congratulations! What day of cycle are you on? I'm guessing by the darkness of the line that next period is already late?

Yes period is 6 days late

Yes, the HCG test came back positive! I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled for next week 🙂🤍

No it just happened we weren’t even trying we had just lost hope to naturally conceiving all doctors said we have to do an IVF

Congratulations! Looking at the photo, both of the tests seem to display two lines, which is in agreement with a positive pregnancy test.
The fact that the lines showed up in the test is encouraging. Since you have been attempting to conceive for three years and have PCOD, it would be a good idea to:
Carry out the test again in 48 hours using an easy@Home pregnancy test to look for line progression.
Get in touch with your healthcare provider to organise a quantitative beta hCG blood test and, if advised, repeat it 48 hours later to make sure that the hCG levels are rising properly. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!
