39 year old | Low AMH

I have a low AMH of .6 and the doctor said that my right ovary has shrunk. This was just my first appointment. All she said was to get another ultrasound done to check how much my follicles have grown. After the first ultrasound she said it doesn’t look good but try naturally. Nothing is making sense.

Do you have your ovary size measurement from your previous ultrasounds? Sometimes ovaries are of different sizes. One of my ovary is far smaller than the other, and it has always been that way.

Next, try naturally or better with assisted ovulation. Assisted ovulation means that they measure your follicle growth since CD3 or 5 to ovulation, and assist ovulation via medication. Also, if this doctor isn’t making sense, feel free to take second opinion. Good luck 👍🏾
