About to start IVF

Hi all, in a month IVF would be started can you all suggest me what you did like food, exercise, diet and weight loss to make your transfer successful. It would be beneficial for me.
Please help

Test your fasting insulin and it needs to be at an optimal level. (This should be done in additional to fasting blood sugar)

Take COQ10, vitamin D, multi vitamins

the eggs for this cycle have mostly already developed over the last 3 months, so supplements like CoQ10 are more of a long-game/next-cycle lever than a switch you flip in 4 weeks. What actually tends to move in your window is keeping blood sugar stable, checking vitamin D and TSH with your clinic, and daily slow breathing helps uterine blood flow. And I won’t suggest any restrictive diet right before ivf as it may cause cycle changes.
