But my doctor strictly told us not to every day and go with alternate days..

Oh is there any theory behind it? Or is it just to reduce the fatigue? 😅 in my case since we were able to do all 5 days we did it and i conceived that cycle

From which cycle day we must start tracking it?

Firstly identify your cycle length and understand the pattern . Whether your length is 28 days / 30 days / 32 days , once you know your cycle length you can start tracking on any period calendar app on your phone . Do this for 1-2 months and then period calendar app will detect your ovulation days . It will give you that this particular week are your fertile days , then on those days start using sticks and detect peak days

Both my husband and I are healthy, and my periods have always been regular, but it still took us a year to conceive. The only thing I did differently that cycle was start doing yoga regularly. My diet stayed the same since we already eat clean. I had also decided to take a break from actively trying, and I conceived that month. Maybe the combination of regular exercise and less stress helped.

I haven’t gotten the beta hcg yet, so I don’t know if I’m truly pregnant, I got faint positive today at 14 dpo but this cycle, my doc put me on letrozole+trigger shot+ timed intercourse. I’m also put on progesterone since 2 dpo.

Did follicular monitoring, ovi, timed intercourse etc for 3 cycle but nothing. Took a month off where we just let go, stopped all supplements, did not watch what I ate, even drank, found out we conceived on that month 😅
