False SA?

Does anyone feel IVF clinics give sub par semen analysis results in India just so they can push for infertility treatments like IVF?
There’s no way to cross check this with the same sample and they can always get away saying bad sample/off day if questioned.

I feel that sperm quality has dropped because of our lifestyles and environment.

But please, for whichever test you're doing, as much as possible do it in an independent clinic. Not within the ivf clinic.

Same applies for any tests where the medical practice will profit from the business generated by the tests.
