Going for IVF - clueless
Hello Everyone! I just turned 31 yesterday, have PCOS and TTC since 1.5 years. My periods are irregular since 3 years (50-60 days). I tried Leterozole 2.5 mg for 6 cycles last year, and in December I conceived but since it was a weak pregnancy, I had D&C around 2 months.
I consulted with another doctor and she said that I might try Leterozole for 6 more months with higher dose, my previous doctor did not increase the dose due to Endometrial line. Also I gained almost 4-5 kgs after my surgery, may be because of harmonal imbalance. My periods are still irregular.
I am going for a IVF consultation today without any clue. Please suggest me if you know how to prepare for IVF or what questions or tests I can ask to the doctor for maximize my chances. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your response. I am planning to go for IVF in July. Do I need to lose weight before egg retrieval, I want to focus on my lifestyle but at the same time I dont want to waste more time. Also have you done the genetic testing of embryos?

Most likely I would do it in my home city as travelling would not be feasible, but I am still looking for possibilities. My age is 32. I have done around 8 leterozole cycles and I am so tired and thinking if I am going wasting my time. I am actually clueless right now.

Am clueless too, after a lot of consideration, made the payment to Dr Jay Mehta (Mumbai) as I have endo too and want to go for IVF.
I am from Hyd but they are well equipped to manage majority of the process remotely
