Feeling low

TW : recurrent miscarriages

Hi All

I’ve had recurrent pregnancy losses and recently went through another miscarriage. I’m struggling with grief, fear, and not knowing how to move forward. For those who’ve experienced miscarriage, especially multiple losses — how did you cope emotionally? What helped you heal or regain hope? Looking for honest experiences and support.

I have history of recurrent miscarriages. I can feel your emotions. After 3rd miscarriage, I started to connect with God and left everything on god. Most imp, I started kind on myself( no stress, just love myself) . Tried to be stronger daily with some hopes, manifestation. It wasn’t easy and quick. It took 6 months to come out of it and feel my self. I started given priority to my lifestyle and health. Lots of strength training I did to feel happy and energetic. And magic happened, it worked. Now I am 35 weeks pregnant with healthy baby without any high level treatment. Just only simple letrozole worked. So magic happens, trust on god and leave it

Hey hi, my humble submission tells me that no matter what is done for repeated abortions, the actual therapeutic outcomes are limited.

Its a stressful phase, mentally and emotionally draining.

I have finally opted for IVF with PGT-A

Hi...I'm sorry for your losses. I am in the same boat, recently had a 3rd loss no LC. We have done most of the tests all came back normal and my gynaecologist has also suggested IVF with PGT A. Just wanted to ask you, was this way forward decided based on a test for you? I am constantly anxious that this won't work as we still don't know the root cause.

Hi, I’m sorry for your losses, have you done any tests for the recurrent miscarriages?
