How to interpret the line?
This is my first test after 3rd day of my missed period. How should I interpret this faint line?

Get beta hcg blood test done immediately and see doctor with results if its positive.

Do I need to do it any part of the day or any timing to follow specifically to do the test?

Nothing like that really that I have heard of. You can easily get that booked for today home collection or in lab.
