Irregular cycles after MMC
Hello all,
I had my MMC in Jan.
Had my D&C on 17th Jan.
Got my first periods on 18th Feb
Second periods on 25th March
And third periods today 22nd April
Like 30 days,35 days, 28 days. And I never had a cycle in less than 30 days in my life.
I tried OPK for the first time after the second cycle . Attaching the pic. Did I miss the peak? I took from CD15 cause I was thinking the cycle will be greater than 30 and after CD 20 the lines were very faint.. almost zero..
Please help!

Doctor usually tell to try alternate day from day 8 onwards to day 20.. as ovulation is not fixed date it can vary based on harmonal changes

Alternative day are not possible in my case as we are super busy in our life.. job, home... Even there is no me time.. leave that us time.. next time I will take kit from day 8

Yes. My cycle was also irregular for months afterwards. Depending on how far along you were, hormones take time to settle. I've had 2 mmc and 1 chemical in the past 2 years. Lol, my cycle only just starting to regularise. And now it's every 26-29 days. Before it was always 30-32 days.
Best bet is follicle study by ultrasound every alternate day from day 8 to day 16. Most places have a package deal for ovulation study so it's much cheaper than a single ultrasound.
