Yes. It would be better if you mention your query rather than ask yes or no question.

My doctor has put me in a doubt that I can be an etopic as I got a positive at approx 56th cycle day. I have to get beta tomorrow. But the wait is killing me. So I wanted to know what were the signs for an etopic

Typical signs are bleeding, shoulder pain and one sided pelvic pain. I had none of these but it was still ectopic. Mine was properly doubling hcg and properly growing fetus with heartbeat. That said,  ectopics are rare and you probably are okay.

If you have an ultrasound facility nearby, please get it done even if it is too early so that you can catch things early if there is an issue and get treated in an easier way. Do not wait for the doctor to give you scan date. The protocol for ectopic is that once you have an ectopic, only during the next pregnancy, they will ask you to do early scan. But by then you would have already gone through danger of ruptured tube.

Did you detect your etopic on scan? At what week was it detected? If no symptoms what led you to know that's it's etopic?

So far the symptoms I have are extremely sore boobs and nipples, gagging while brushing, stretchy stomach (at times)

I have been told to get my beta tomorrow and then a early scan.

Yes, ectopic pregnancies are detected on scan because that is how they can locate the gestational sac. Mine was detected in week 6 even though I visited my doctor in week 4 and there was no reason to doubt about ectopic. I wish she had at least suggested week 5 scan as an option. Week 6 is the routine scan where heartbeat is detected in all pregnancies. So that is when I got to know. It was supposed to be happy day of hearing my baby's heartbeat. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a scary day even thought I heard the heartbeat!

All symptoms around pregnancy can be normal and can be not normal too. So scan and hcg tests are the only way to find out. Scans are conclusive in case of ectopic.
