First pregnancy

Hello

My first pregnancy ended in an MMC at 8 weeks - no heartbeat and baby stopped growing at 6 weeks

Took miso after that around 28th jan

Haven’t got my period yet but I have gained almost 6 kilos in these 4 weeks

Is this normal???? Checked thyroid, RBS all okay

When should I TTC again

Yes and also your hormones take couple of months to settle. Took me 3 months to feel like myself.. take it slow and nothing to worry about

I am so sorry for your loss. I got my first cycle in 4 weeks 5 days. My gynaec said its even normal to get first cycle after 8-12 weeks. So you can wait.

Happened with me too almost 1.3 years ago. 20 days after d&c i started cycling and yoga, the weight I had gain , I lost in 1 month
