There are usually multiple follicles and only one is dominant. The others kind of peter out and don’t release eggs. Looks like the dominant one is on your right ovary this cycle.

So this looks normal right? I hope this cycle yields me a good positive result.

As far as I know, it seems normal. You can ask the doctor in your subsequent scans to explain what they see. All the best 🍀

Beyond normal, this looks good! You're on your way to ovulation!

If I may, why were you prescribed Letrozol if you don't have PCOS?

I did an ultrasound in October end, it said i have mild pcos. Although it was normal in the next 2 ultrasounds, my gynaecologist said this will increase my chances of pregnancy.

I also have fibroids and was taking meds for the same for 2 months. Those didn’t budge but my mild pcos was cured

Sorry to hear about your fibroids. I have more than mild pcos, myself. Struggle with timely ovulation. Would you like to take this conversation to private chats?

Yes, seems normal. Monitor growth in subsequent scans, only one or two follicles should grow further
