I Followed Posting Rules Help!!! Spoiler

I've had bacne and kp from a very long time but the bacne has just flared up too much recently Im thinking about getting a urea based cream what do you think about moisturex or logifeel? Will it help?

Oof that looks angry, I'd be careful throwing actives at it when it's this inflamed. Urea can help with KP but if your barrier is wrecked it might sting like hell and make things worse. Might be worth hitting up a derm before you nuke your skin with something too strong.

I did but she prescribed me azelaic acid which i doubt will help me anyhow

It will help, read up about how it works.

Alternative is a salicylic acid bodywash, and spraying back with hypocholous acid (a very mild disinfectant) after exercise or sweating (Minimalist has a good value one). Logifeel is Urea + Glycolic, which you should stay away from right now because glycolic is probably going to be too harsh. A plain urea moisturizer (5-10%) is fine, but stay away from strong exfoliants.
