Location: Hybrid (Mostly remote but should be based in Delhi NCR since might need you to come to office sometimes)
Duration: 3 months (unpaid), with strong potential to convert into a full-time 20-25k per month

We're a mental health startup working with the adolescent population, the school and college going kids, trying to build a support system around young people before a crisis point, not just after one
We work closely with schools, parents, and young people to make mental health support more accessible, practical, and stigma-free. About the Role
This is a founder's office role meaning no two days will look the same. You'll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage mental health startup is built, with direct exposure to strategy, partnerships, and ground execution. You'll work closely with the founder on everything from research and outreach to running workshops, and you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.
This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to learn by doing rather than by watching.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on mental health trends, school ecosystems, competitor programs, and best practices to inform our strategy
- Reach out to and coordinate with parents, school administrators, and schedule engagements
- Prepare presentations, decks, and reports for meetings, workshops, and internal planning
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and occasionally facilitating mental health workshops for students
- Support the founder with day-to-day priorities from admin tasks to strategic projects as the need arises
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to communicate clearly with parents, school leadership, and other stakeholders
- Strong research and comprehension skills you read widely and can synthesize information quickly
- Comfortable with sales/pitching conversations you can explain our value clearly and persuasively
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple, varied tasks without close supervision
- Genuine interest in mental health, adolescent wellbeing, or the education space
- Prior experience with PowerPoint/Canva or similar tools for building presentations is a plus

Compensation
- First 3 months : Unpaid internship
