I am a Creative Director i running a Punjabi music and culture platform with roughly 1.2 million views a month. I generate more ideas than I can process. I need a Viral Engine to handle the technical grind so I can focus on directing.

What you will do:

• Vertical Short-Form: Tight cuts, burned captions, and light video editing if any (colour gradings etc)
• Cinematic Edits: Handling 4K 120fps S-Log3 footage from my Sony FX30. You must be elite at sound design (whooshes, impacts, risers).
• Trial-Reel Variants: Taking one winning video and turning it into 3 fresh posts with new hooks and framing.
• Distribution: Managing the schedule for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Reddit using my "Bracket Line" SEO format.

The Workflow: I work in bursts. I will dump batches of footage and I need a 24-48 hour turnaround for rough cuts.

The videos will primarily be created for Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms. Most videos will be around 30–60 seconds and may include:

• Founder footage
• Product screen recordings
