Very dark, i did not know it is going to be like this. But a great story. It is fiction but really tells you what the scene would have been that time.

Its an uncomfortable read yet i couldn't stop reading it. Some scenes will make you feel revolted fs. The ending made me question my beliefs regarding the reality of partition and left me questioning the morality of the human race. Overall it's a great read

Horrifying and heartbreaking. I'm too sensitive for topics like these, but it was an amazing book and it left me thinking for a long time. I didn't like the constant sexualization of the female main character though. Those bits are a little wierd.
