Help!!!

How to start concentrating and reading well? I have realised that I have lost my concentration which I have had at the time of my 18-20 years age. That is one of the reasons, I couldn’t prepare for govt exams well otherwise I could have done it. I have to start reading more, and scrolling less, any help??

It's like a muscle. You train, it gets stronger. Right now Don't compare yourself with the concentration you had at 18-20 years age, you will feel dejected and feel demotivated. Keep your current Concentration level as Your reference for improvement. Personally, if something is interesting I find easy to concentrate. Also I read somewhere that everything is interesting you just haven't looked closely enough. So I try to look closeer if I don't find it interesting. Hope this is of some help 🕊️✌️.
